This is to say heartfelt thanks to everyone at Sellr for saving my sanity and probably my business during the unprecedented demand for our Mourning armbands since the death of our Queen. I received support on Sunday and concern and feed back during the following days way beyond the call of duty. I have been with Sellr since our early days in 2005 when they were Roman Cart and their consistant, knowledge led customer service has seen me through the intelligent rebuilding of our website into one which is mobile friendly, a few years ago. These guys really know their stuff and most importantly are great communicators bridging the gulf, so often found, between this technology and the real world. May your computer screens never grow dim!!!

We moved our website to Sellr last year, with a new look and functionality, and haven't looked back. The support we had throughout the design process and website build was excellent, and our website has run smoothly since going live. The order processing side of the website is clear and easy to use, making our admin very straighforward. Sellr Support is excellent, with any questions responded to quickly, and modifications carried out as requested. We highly recommend Sellr as a great company to work with - it just works, and we wish we had gone to them years ago!

I came to Sellr after spending hundreds of pounds with GoDaddy to build a website that afterwards they would not connect to a payment gateway as we were selling CBD, which they knew from the outset, and chose not to mention !
It was the best thing that could have happened, as I have found Sellr to be much richer in terms of functionality, that is increasing exponentially.
As the construction is so intuitive and easy, I have built a cracking website myself, with no IT skills at all. Recently, I have been asked who built it, as it was not believed that it could have been me !
I have been impressed that Sellr are genuine in wanting to help us succeed as a business, instead of only focusing on how much more money they could make from us with upgrades and extras, that was my previous experience.
Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sellr and the team for their products and support.
I honestly feel that they are not our suppliers, but partners, as we grow our business.

Getting to grips with Sellr (being inexperienced) wasn’t too difficult and this was a nice surprise. Sure, I had to explore and learn the system but this is pretty normal.

Overall, the website works flawlessly and looks really smart.

The customer service was also incredible. I had a few questions and Simon from Sellr went the extra mile every time to help me out.

You get what it says on the tin ! An excellent choice for people who want to start an ecommerce store, or who have a brick and mortar store and want to expand their operations to include online order or like me, needing to revamp my previous site as it had become very outdated & sales were falling. I wanted something simple to use that I could update easily at any time and something where everything I needed to do was stored in one place. Its available tools make it possible for any niche or industry to be successful.
The dashboard allows you to customize your online shop without having to know how to code by using a good selection of customizable templates, sell and market your products easily with concise & clear instructions. I don't have much web dev skills, but with the help of excellent easy to follow instructions, excellent online support & screencasts I now have a responsive up to date & mobile friendly site.
