Continuous gaslighting. Leaving vulnerable residents at risk in unsecure building. They do not provide the services we pay for in a way that supports its residents. Spend more time defending their failures than fixing them. 5 years I've been battling on behalf of residents at Tara Court. Vivid are not interested and do not care.
I recently received a letter offering me a cash offer for my home from this company. My house is assessed at $239,000 and they offered me $177,000. The assessed value is low compared to the actual sale values in the neighborhood. This is a rip of company!!! Get an appraisal of your home before you sell anything to them.
Had a great experience with Vivid Properties. Needed to sell my property fast due to a personal situation I was in, and Sean was able to guide me and provide a solution for a quick exit. Very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Highly recommended.
