Robot investors are useless
I am investing with Selma since April 2021. Current results: -12%. It has been crashing as fast/faster as S&P500 during 2021 & 2022, unfortunately it does not recover as fast and performance in 2023 is still very disappointing while S&P500 is doing much better. Their newsletter explanation is that CHF acts as a "buffer" so recovery is slower! Where was the buffer when markets crashed?? I am now investing on my own on brokerage sites and doing much better. I tried in parallel one of Selma's competitors and performance is as bad. financial robot advisor value is very limited, performance is very disappointing.
