The over charged me

The over charged me, 90 dollars!!! I bought 2 bracelets for 33, they took the 33 and then my debit got hit again for another 90 BUCKS!!! I can't get ahold of ANYONE and it's day 3 of no one calling or emailing me back!

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

My daughter placed an order and no order has been received. Many attempts of contacting them no response does anyone know how to claim back the money? Im so angry my daughter has been conned and wish she had read the reviews before purchasing. Can anyone advise?

Disgusted!

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. The jumper I ordered was nothing like the online picture. There were no labels at all on the jumper and it is badly made from some synthetic material. There are no labels to tell me anything about the product. I have been robbed.

Absolutely rip off. Undersized and if I wanted a polyester jumper I would have not paid £40. The colour wasn’t as advertised … nothing was as advertised. The links no longer work so suspect they change trading names and sites regularly. Should have known better. Absolute garbage!!!

Not happy with this company

Not happy with this company. I ordered a jumper which arrived after 2 weeks. Unfortunately it was very uncomfortable on my skin so I asked to return it and get a refund. They wanted a photo! When I said I couldn’t send a photo of how my skin feels and wanted to return it, they told me I have to pay the refund cost to China, and offered me a 10% refund. So I would be left with a jumper I paid over £30.00 that I can’t wear.

No way to return items

Ordered 2 jumpers that were sent from China so took 2 weeks to arrive - this wasn't made clear when ordering.
Items were too large so asked to return them. They asked for photos for some reason! I told them "no" as they're not faulty, just too large. Not heard anything from them since.
Very unprofessional and no easy way to contact them.
Avoid this company.

Absolutely unprofessional,no refunds, but only counter arguments. I would never, ever suggest anyone to order from them. Please keep away from this company! 🙏

bad customer service

co. didn't send when due. waited until after end of yr. so they could make more money, Told not to send. sent anyway with no bill or paperwork. charged customer when they said DO NOT SEND. poor customer service for the elderly.

Great Razor, Bad Customer Support

Seloraco razors are great, but their client care needs improvement. The razors themselves are of high quality, but waiting days for a response was frustrating. Improving their customer care efficiency would greatly benefit the overall customer experience.
