Excellent company. I have used other companies for qFIT testing and they are not as good. Selph are well priced and the speed of the results is great.

What a breath of fresh air!
I wrote to Alasdair and he immediately wrote back to me. What a breath of fresh air this person is because instead of taking my money and carrying out numerous tests he explained at length how I should proceed without any intervention from him. Invaluable
Instructions included were very easy to understand. The information received back from the doctor in regards to my blood work was very comprehensive and explained clearly. To have this level of service, support and information is, I believe, invaluable for anyone who is curious and engaged enough, in regards to their health, to want to understand what is going on, "under the hood" and wants to try and pre-empt or mitigate any issues that may arise from test results that may not be as optimal as desired. Within a couple of days, I had my results back and was then considerably well informed, which will enable me to discuss the next steps with my GP. We are still fortunate to get a free ten minutes consultation with a GP and free medical care from the NHS, but in my opinion utilising a service such as Selph can help inform and educate ourselves to enable us to engage more constructively with our medical care providers which could, in turn, improve the health outcome we desire.

Excellent help desk via email, always get quick response. Nurse who came was super nice. Results were given which was very helpful, but did find some parts difficult to understand in the report.

Less than I thought for the price
Report was not as detailed as I thought it would be - a yes / no with generic text.Delivery of the packages after ordering was slow. Overall OK but not stellar.

I'm very sorry that the report wasn't as detailed as you would have liked. As we don't have your medical history, I couldn't add any further detail to the report that would have been meaningful. I have called you to offer you a free consultation with me (gut specialist doctor) to put your results into context and answer any further quetions.
I'm also very sorry that you felt the delivery was slow. You ordered on a Sunday and we despatched your kit using Royal Mail tracked 24 on Monday. I can see that Royal Mail delivered your kit on Wednesay. This is a day later than we would expect. Please accept my apologies for this. As you can appreciate, we sent your kit on time using the delivery method specified at the point of purchase but we don't have any direct control over Royal Mail.
