Exceptional customer service
I ordered a wooden loft ladder and hatch on Thursday from Seltek Warehouse who are a division of Invotec Solutions. It arrived today. However, it had obviously been dropped in transit and the box was torn and corner of the hatch damaged. I rang the company immediately and from then on their customer service was second to none. I was asked to send photos which I did. Email confirmation of receipt almost immediately. This was followed by a phone call to see if a replacement and collection of damaged item would be okay for Monday. Unbelievable customer service. Why can’t all companies treat their customers this way. Thank you Dave from Invotec Solutions for sorting this out for me so quickly, efficiently and professionally. If I could have given you ten stars I would have.
