We are a group of friends who love going to the races. Over the last 10 years we have organised our own trips many times using Selwyns for our transport. Can honestly say I cannot fault anything about the service they provide. From booking the coach with the admin team to the drivers on the day, their communication and customer service is second to none! Always greeted with pleasant friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble to them, they are faultless! Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I received a fantastic service whilst organising a company event. I would like to thank Sue who was brilliant, answered every query I had extremely fast and overall made planning this day extremely easy for me!

We travelled from Cheshire to Birmingham for a Youth Conference with 40 young people form churches in the area and their leaders. The coach arrived on time, was very comfy, clean and in working order. The drive made us feel really welcome. Helped with the loading and unloading of all our bags and bedding. We were kept updated on the journey and was a pleasure travelling with them. I would defiantly recommend and will be using in the future. The sales staff were great too leading up to the event with the changes I kept making. Amazing team.

We used Selwyns to take us to Cumbria for our dance championships this weekend, and the service was brilliant! From the booking process right through to getting us there and back. We nearly had to come back early due to an issue with the camp we were at, and one phone call and they had a bus and driver on standby ready to pick us up early if needed! We really couldn’t have been more thankful for that, otherwise we would have been stuck with young kids with us. Thank you so much for everything. Kristy and Krystalaires Morris

Drivers were so helpful and accommodating, and Sue from the sales team was also really helpful

Timings were great. Coach driver was excellent and very helpful when one of our disabled passengers was in the in the wrong location

Selwyns Travel are very professional, staff go above and beyond there duties ….. I don’t know if we are lucky but seem to get a new Coach every time we book.

Just a fantastic driver. Helpful, polite and accommodating. Helped with a walking aid we weren't expecting.
Did some amazing driving in some very tight corners, and narrow roads.

The driver was experienced, patient, and well-mannered. Considering that my trip involved many young adults, he handled it very well. Overall, the experience with Selwyn's Travels was really good.

Professional service from the the initial enquiry through to the drop off. Competitive rates for a quality coach and very helpful driver. Added touches here and there made a big difference, driver looking after an ill guest and restocking the onboard drinks cooler, returning some lost property at no charge the next day, being extra friendly and responsive in all communications. We will definitely be using Selwyns again, I can't recommend them enough!

Selwyn's provides great service. The drivers are friendly and helpful and know the routes. The coaches are clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The office staff makes my job easy in planning trips for our clients!

The driver arrived early and the trip to Chester Races was perfectly executed by Selwyns, the driver explained exactly where to meet for the return trip, I would certainly recommend.

Driver was very helpful and professional,the trip was on time and smooth.
The only criticism was the toilet odour in the seating area on the way out, but okay on the way back I take it the driver sorted

Coaches clean and tidy when we boarded. Drivers were pleasant and approachable. Safe driving on both Coaches. One Driver Derek, called us the next day to say he had found some glasses. He returned them to us. Amazing service
