Scam company. This is a scam company which took away 450USD from me. I took the 200USD 5 year plan and then they offered 250USD worth upgrade to lifetime. Apparently the "new owner" who is the scamster says that the ip was blocked due to spamming and took away my 450 USD and 1 year validity of domain and just deleted my account. Do not trust these scams. I can produce all the reports and invoices of payment and prove that they are scam
Scammers... Rhodhora Hobert. Making excuses once asked refund for my wallet balance. I was told previous owner owe this money. Lol... We're the customers and we don't know and care who the so-called owner is. We just need service. If no service continuation, they must refund at least the wallet balance recharged. My account was deleted and closed. Shame on you cheap service provider.
Scammers whose servers go down every day, and they close your account without warning. They don't refund any money; all their promises are fake.
It happened to me too, I used their hosting for 6 months, it was down every 2 weeks, after which they added me to another hosting and it worked for about 1 month and boom it failed again, and now it doesn't want to have access to back-up...
I don't recommend this hosting full of scammers to anyone,

Hi, Would be nice for you to open support for help with this, but seems you are part of the HATE GROUP, we provide hosting and yes at times we have problems just as any other hosting company, and we are always there to solve these problems. As for the backups, we provide that for free to all our customers, and it is always accessible to them. Enough of the scammer, if we were scammers we would not reply to these reviews, or wven reply to support, which we do always when the support is needed. Don't even try this host. It's a waste of money and time. The servers are always down, and the renewal is a scam.

We would be glad to address any issue you have had, But seems you just leave bad reviews not stating the whole truth, You asked for discount for renewal and you were told there was none at this time, We dont run discounts forever, but we did offer you a personal discount and it was not what you wanted, you basically wanted the hosting plan for free, and we are not free hosting. As far as the servers, if they are always down, why would you even ask for renewal? Please be honest with reviews, Thanks
Their hosting is down every 2 weeks, the support answers you but they only look for excuses and that's it, those who hosted their website on this host is more offline than online... They are scumbags, they use cheap servers and they don't have either no guarantee that it will always be online.
I don't recommend this hosting for big projects, if you have a website just for tests, yes, it's worth it, but as I said, you have to hurry with the tests because it will be offline from week to week.
Don't give your money to these scammers and scammers.
I have paid oe for 2 years and my website has been offline for 2 weeks and I delude myself every day that it will be online but the day will not be known.

I had a terrible experience with Semahost.com, and I urge others to stay away. This company is nothing but a scam! They took my money and then blocked my account without any prior notification. When I tried to contact their support, I was met with rude and abusive responses. They showed no intention of resolving the issue, and I’ve heard similar complaints from other users. It seems to be a pattern where they take your money and then block you out of your account, leaving you with no access to your services or data.
I would highly recommend avoiding this company. Calling them a company is an insult of businesses. Save yourself the trouble and go with a trustworthy provider instead.

We are very certain that you did not get your account blocked for no reason, we don't conduct our business in such a manner. Otherwise We ask you kindly to stop giving fake reviews.
