Fradulent behaviour — avoid!
I feel completely scammed by this company. I booked tickets for a concert they organised (Hans Zimmer in Taiwan). The concert was postponed multiple times, which I understand because of covid. But despite us waiting almost 3 years, when the concert finally did take place, the company changed our seats to some of the worst seats in the venue — the furthest corner from the stage at the very back with an obstructed view of the stage and poor sound quality because we were not near a speaker, even though we originally paid to be close to the stage and despite there being plenty of empty seats closer to the stage! We weren’t given any choice about our new seats, nor did we receive any kind of refund despite originally paying 4 times the amount that the newly assigned seats were worth! So we were sold and paid for one thing but delivered something a lot worse for the same price. This is surely fraudulent business practice! What’s worse, I emailed Semmel multiple times before the concert took place to try to deal with this issue but they did not respond to any of my emails.
