Quality
First, the product is really excellent. Second, their packaging is sensible and robust without being OTT.
And third, their delivery partner, APC, understands that it’s glass and delicate and all four of my deliveries so far have been on time and intact.
Can’t fault them, and the flexibility to get small quantities is most welcome. I don’t mind paying for good postage; it’s way better than free, substandard, handling.

Always impeccably fast delivery
Always impeccably fast delivery. Customer service is outstanding also. Any issues I have ever had (and they have been minimal and few), the staff at the end of the phone were helpful, clear and capable of sorting things out. They also checked in to make sure I received my delivery afterwards also. Highly recommend this company and I will always use them for my hot sauce bottles.
