Great furniture
Great furniture. Looks lovely, easy to order. Only downside is the instructions aren’t great and no numbers on the materials to coincide with the drawings but pictures helped. Also did 1 bit back to front and made sense at the end.

I was unsure about ordering…but...
I was unsure about ordering from this unknown (at the time) company, but having read the reviews took a chance. Very happy I did!! They made it clear what the delivery lead times were, so I was fine with waiting 5-6 weeks. When I contacted customer service by email or phone I received a fast and very helpful reply. When after nearing the build of the TV unit I realised its the wrong size unit, customer services were straight on it. Yes I had to wait quite a while again for the switch but the process was made clear and so it was fine. We did make a small mistake and slightly damaged the unit (the instructions weren't very clear in some parts - nothing to do with Sena!), but they took the cabinet anyway without causing me any problems, for which I am also very grateful. I would definitely recommend Sena and definitely buy again. It was a good experience and the correct cabinet looks fantastic so we are very happy. Wish we didnt have to wait but I understand the process thanks to customer services and a special shout out to the driver! What a hero!!

Bad customer service experience.
We ordered a £949 TV cabinet 22 Nov 25, clearly noting our Isle of Wight address. Delivery time estimate 5 weeks. !4th Jan we reached out (whatsapp) to Sena to see how our order was progressing to then be told they cannot deliver to the Isle of Wight unless it was flat packed.
We agreed to this, but then we didn't hear anything more
On the 23rd of Jan we asked for an update on the delivery but received no response. We have now asked for a refund but no response.

High quality furniture
Our furniture was assembled and looks lovely in our living room. The delivery service was great and took care when bringing our furniture in. The sideboard is well made and looks really high quality. Customer service team are very friendly and answered any queries we had promptly. We had a great experience with Sena furniture.

Modena luxury display cabinet, smokey black high gloss
I wanted to purchase a display cabinet but wanted to speak to someone before placing the order as it was expensive. I spoke to a lovely man who was so helpful.
I then placed the order. I had to contact customer services as there was a delay. They were very helpful.
My husband took the delivery and again he said the man who delivered and assembled the cabinet was brilliant.
The cabinet is absolutely stunning. The quality is excellent. It exceeds our expectation. We are so pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend Sena Furniture.
