I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with Sender.net. I spent over 8 hours across two days meticulously setting up my profile, importing my legitimate customer list, and designing a newsletter. After all this effort, they decided to terminate my account during the trial phase without any valid explanation. When I reached out to support to understand their criteria or what went wrong, they provided zero feedback. They simply blocked my account and wasted my time. A completely unprofessional approach to new users. Luckily I hadn't paid yet. Avoid if you value your time

Happy switch from Mailchimp

Been using Mailchimp for years and just switched to Sender as they give you a larger list of subscribers on the free tier. I required some customer support during the onboarding process and they were so responsive and helpful (thanks Lucas!). Also their design interface is miles better than Mailchimp. Wish I'd switched sooner!

Great experience with Sender.net and helpful support

I had a great experience with Sender.net. The platform is easy to use and the setup process was smooth once my domain issue was resolved. I received helpful support during the verification process, and everything was clearly explained.

Fantastic customer service
