I started using Sendico 5 months ago. No problem at all. I don't know what happened but, they never answer support questions, shipping questions, or anything about refunds. They used to be the best service for Japanese goods. I think they are the worst now. Absolutely horrible communication and customer support.

My Xbox 360 came in with no problem.
This was a great experience. Was a little bit disappointed about the shipping being so high. You had to pay for extra shipping protection etc. but other than that my Xbox 360 came in with no issues. I’ll buy again soon!

Not able anymore to declare value of a consolidated package. That was the only plus value to your service.
Also, even if I buy items for myself, it's declared as business for customs. Not god at all.

Regarding currency, unfortunately, because we facilitate purchases directly from Japanese sellers, all transactions must be processed in Japanese yen. That said, if you're looking to save on conversion fees, we highly recommend using Wise. They typically offer better exchange rates and much lower fees than most banks or credit cards.
