The whole process from bidding to receiving my parcel was very smooth. I was informed at all times about the situation with my order, and once the item arrived to the warehouse I could easily create a parcel with as many upgrades as I wanted.
I chose the cheapest mailing service with no extras and the package arrived quickly and in great condition, exactly as described in the listing.

The system of buying and selecting on the website was good. I liked & loved the options I have on Sendico website.
I wanted to buy NieR Automata merchs which are only available in Japan cause they are never available in my country India. Thanks to Sendico, I was able to get my hands on NieR games series 15th anniversary 2B 9S A2 character keychains which are so rare. I am fully happy.
But I have a big complain to the transport service. I selected E-packet international courier service for my shipping. When the parcel came in my local area. The local delivery service people lost my parcel. Thankfully, a kind man found it on the road and called me by the number & detail from the info inside the box.
The shipping was good & nothing was broken. I think it's just my local delivery service which did this mistake. at least I got my parcel.

Between postal strikes and tariffs, 2025 was a year of near disaster for me, but Sendico was the silver lining and set an example for customer service that I would love to see in my country.
Prompt responses to questions, reasonable fees, a great selection of shipping options, a more than generous item storage policy and excellent care in the packing of my items, I can highly recommend this company.
I honestly can't remember another company that I was so happy to deal with.

12+ days without a word from support.
It’s the second week of February, and all of my orders have been stuck in the Sendico warehouse somewhere since sometime toward the end of January due to a website bug. I cannot seem to get in touch with anybody to solve the problem. My many messages to support fall on deaf ears, and I haven’t managed to get any help in their official Discord server, either.
I understand mistakes happen, but total radio silence for weeks is a completely unacceptable customer experience.
The rest of the experience has been smooth, but that hardly matters when my purchases aren’t getting shipped to me.
