Within just a few hours of submitting my application, the founder personally reached out and helped resolve some issues I was running into.
The platform is very easy to use and straightforward to set up, even if you're not super technical. Everything worked smoothly and there was support along the way. It just felt solid.

I’m the founder of a startup that recently launched a customer experience platform, and we needed a reliable way to send SMS surveys to customers. As a small team, ease of setup was critical. I’m not a developer, so I was looking for something that could be implemented without a deep technical background. The onboarding process was straightforward and the platform was surprisingly easy to configure.
When I did have questions, the support experience stood out. I reached out a few times during setup and always received thoughtful, clear guidance that helped me move forward quickly. That kind of responsiveness matters a lot when you are building and launching a product.
The pay as you go pricing model is another big advantage. For founders and early stage companies, managing costs while still delivering a high quality customer experience is a constant balancing act. This pricing approach allowed me to launch with confidence without committing to large fixed costs upfront.
Overall, the combination of simplicity, helpful support, and flexible pricing made it a great fit for a growing SaaS platform like mine. I’m very glad we chose it as the SMS component of our customer feedback workflow.

Setup was much faster than Twilio. Service is reasonable priced with no monthly fees - it was great for my low volume service. Support is extremely responsive!
