AWFUL company

AWFUL company. AWFUL chat service. I just tried using this company for the first time and let me tell you. Not only have they wasted MY time as well as my hosts time. They have BLAMED ME for the reasons that they are so incompetent.
They ask you to provide a phone number but don’t worry they’ll never use it cuz what good is a phone number when a courier is having trouble locating the house for pickup? Right? RIDICULOUS!
They will give you excuse after excuse to not take any responsibility for their actions. A simple apology and basic customer service would have been appreciated. They never updated me with any information. I had to message them and inquire about why my bag was not being picked up. Their drivers nor their chat team have any common sense. Complete waste of my time. I will NEVER use them again and you shouldn’t either. Shoutout to their chat member whose name I cannot say but starts with a G and rhymes with when. They were the MOST unhelpful and the MOST rude. Absolutely awful person. I hope they get some training.

Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you experienced with your collection.

Reviewing your order, I can see that you contacted us on the evening of your initial collection date and advised the collection did not take place. The team confirmed the address with you (which is a houseboat without a traditional street address) and as you had to leave, the item would be left unaccompanied which we advised we could not guarantee a successful collection from. At the time of rebooking we did not have a local contact number.

You had contacted the team during the afternoon of the second attempt and provided a local number which we passed on, but as drivers are not provided with mobile phones for work use we couldn't guarantee a phone call. This resulted in your subsequent collection not taking place as anticipated.

I have made a note to reach out to you following the delivery of your shipment to discuss the issues with your collection and customer service experience in further detail.

Such an amazing service

Such an amazing service. Easy to use and set up, very clear instructions, they keep in touch with you the whole time via email and tracking, efficient and bag arrived at destination in a week. The online chat service is also excellent. Would absolutely use again and recommend to others.

Fast, Faff free service

The service was exceptional. First of all, the forms to fill in are all online and easy to do. Instructions are very clear. The pick up and courier service was also extremely fast. I had 7 big boxes of personal items couriered from the UK to United States and it arrived in 3 days. Customer service was also easily contactable on the numbers given. 5 Star service. I have recommended to my American friends who want to ship their items to the UK. Keep up the good work.

Excellent customer service

Service was quick and easy with the staff able to answer questions quickly and easily. I am in Scotland and it is a shame service not offered directly from here on my route . Would use again

An excellent service

An excellent service. Always on time and keeps you updated along the whole journey. Have used this service many times mostly to send parcels to France from Italy and they have always been excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Thank you for your review, I'm very sorry to hear of the condition that your boxes were received at the time of delivery.

Reviewing your order I can see you spoke with the team after your delivery was completed, notifying us of the damage sustained. The team reviewed the condition of your goods and advised that unfortunately your boxes had not been protected in line with our advice (seams and edges of the boxes were not taped) and these were the failure points shown in the images.

The boxes you used can be found on Amazon and their description states they are for the purpose of storage, not for transport. The team offered you a resolution under our goodwill policy which you accepted, and was processed on 16th April.

Great service from start to finish sent my son his case from uk to aus, arrived a day early and was easy to track through the complete journey. Clear and concise information when preparing the goods for travel and even used the online chat service which was a great help.

Great service from end to end

Send my bag was tge best way to get my excess items back from the UK to Australia.

Their instructions were clear on how to pack, what I was allowed to ship.

The friendly courier collected from my house on time and tge case arrived earlier than the estimated time.

I would definitely use this service again.
Much cheaper than paying for excess baggage.

Have used Send My Bag quite a few times over the last three years to send clothing backwards and forward between Australia and the UK for a family member who is over in the UK on a working visa.
