I loved the product and the concept. To be honestI didn't really love the price, but for a gift then spending a little more is worth it IF it 's delivered promptly!
Unfortunately, although it WAS delivered on the requested date, this was to the office address of my sister at work, and the information was not given to the staff who signed for the package that it was perishable goods and to be presented immediately :o(
Not entirely the fault of the company - butdo please make special notes in your order if you were expecting it to be a surprise that it actually gets all the way to the intended recipient!

Cupcakes were great but they delivered without the note inside and my friend spent a lot of time trying to work out who had sent them.
The note is key.

Ordered for delivery on Mothers Day, confirmed but not delivered until the Monday. Had I known I would have had them delivered on the Friday before!!

I received a message to say they had been delivered and left in shed but when I phoned my Mum to check, she went outside and they were upside down in the middle of her garden path!

I sent balloons and a cake from Australia to England for a birthday. Everything was great and easy to organise. The only issue was DHL the delivery people who messed up the delivery and re-delivery. I suggest you use a different courier company.

Cupcakes didn't look as what was shared on the website. Also few of them were smashed and their shape was messed up. Wouldn't buy again.

Have used this company several times and they are quick and efficient and the cupcakes are lovely!

I bought 6 donuts for my BF valentines prezzy, unfortunately they arrived slightly smashed up then when we started eating them we found they were stale... such a shame as donuts are my BF favourite and we ended up throwing them away!

Fabulous cakes. Sent them as a Valentines gift - were well made, delicious and beautifully packaged.
Will definitely be purchasing again.

Ordered cupcakes instead of the usual birthday cake for an 80th birthday. Ordering online was easy. Delivery was made on time. Cupcakes looked and tasted great - what more could you want.
Would definitely consider using again and no hesitation in making a recommendation.
