Arrived at the agreed time. Work completed as required and engineers polite and answered my questions when asked

Kieron was on time, polite, pleasant and kind particularly in the way he kept me informed of all he was doing and why, this gave me confidence. So far everything is working perfectly. He left everything clean and tidy before leaving.

Simon was on time and quickly started fitting the battery. he was knowledgeable, neat and tidy. he answered all my question, sometimes dumb questions, with patience humour and accurately. p ho[pr we will meet him again. thank you Simon.

Whilst after previous poor experience with solar energy providers, we have found Synergy’s advice and recommendations to be sound backed up and demonstrated by their solid and effective customer service.
They understood both our concerns and nervousness after previous experience from rogue traders as well as the need to protect the initial investment and enhance our solar energy system..

The experience of supplying and fitting equipment was both timely and fuss-free.

As this is an agreement, dated 21 January 2026, to service my 12 number solar panels which showed a fault that needed rectifying immediately, its too early to give a meaningful review.

my first point of contact was jon who went through everything in detail with no pressure. I took some time to think about what i was buying and as promised jon gave me a call back on a pre arranged date when i went ahead with my maintenance package. After that everything was handled by the office, contract sent over and site visit organised. Payments taken and plan put in place all within i think a week

I would recommend synergy Joseph he was polite friendly and very helpful.

The service provided was excellent from initial contact to completion being less than one week.

Very efficient!! Exactly on time. Nick was very polite and positive. Showed us the effect of cleaning the panels, before and after.
Good show from start to finish!!

Can't fault the service so far. Quoted and fitted within 48 hours but only had the batteries installed a couple of weeks ago.
So far they have all been very helpful, now we have to change our tariff to cheap overnight energy but hopefully all will be good.
