Paid €60+ for one day shipping, received 5 days later

Paid €60+ for one day shipping, received the products 5 days later. After not receiving it the next day, I contacted Senetic. They didn't even ship it the day before, it's not that it was delayed with the shipping company or anything. "It might have been busy in the warehouse".

Everything was in stock, as confirmed by Senetic.

Asked them to at least return the shipping cost to me, but never heard back from them.

Do not order, can't be trusted.

After an unacceptable incident with UPS—who falsely flagged the package as having an 'incorrect address' simply to avoid the delivery route—Alexandra intervened with firmness and professionalism. Thanks to her direct pressure on the UPS Trapagaran depot, the package 'miraculously' appeared the same day.
​Senetic is a reliable provider because of its human team. Alexandra didn't just solve the problem; she demonstrated a level of commitment to the customer that is rare to find. I highly recommend Senetic, but I urge them to review their agreements with carriers that resort to falsehoods to cover up their own inefficiencies."

Promised, nothing delivered

They showed in stock online, when we placed the order they told us it was a 2 week lead time. We asked to cancel and placed an order elsewhere, they then came back and said they could get the items in a few days. So we kept the order and cancelled our other supplier. Then, a day after dispatch they told us they had sent only a part of our order and the rest of the order could not be shipped as it was not available. A terrible experience and one of the worst IT suppliers we have worked with. Their customer service did not bother to pick up the phone, and replied to emails after a few days without acknowledging anything of the situation.

Run fast, run far

I bought a monitor on December 19, with an estimated delivery on December 23.

The tracking shows it was delivered on December 24, but I still haven't received the item. I tried contacting them several times since then, via the website form, via direct email, and even via phone, but their customer support is nonexistent. I didn't get a single reply for any contact attempts.

Avoid any type of purchase on this website, as it demonstrates very poor communication and extremely poor customer service.

I placed an order on the Senetic website on 02.12.2025, but it was not delivered on time. It was promised within 5–6 working days after speaking with someone named Adam Chelmicki. However, two weeks later, I found out that the order had not even been shipped and had not left the country of origin. I was then informed that the tracking number was not working and was given a new one.

At that point, I requested not to proceed with the order and was told that it would be canceled. I requested a full refund, but as of 05.01.2025, I have not received any communication. This has been a big waste of time for nearly one month.

This experience demonstrates very poor communication and extremely poor customer service. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no clear, timely, or professional response regarding my order or refund.

As of today, I have reported this matter to my credit card provider and initiated a dispute claim to resolve the issue

I bought an access point, I spoke to my sales representative to tell me which POE adapter he recommends, he tells me one, he is wrong and it is not valid, and he orders me to buy another one without assuming any responsibility.

Treated like criminals by Senetic Spain

My husband and I ordered a pizza maker from Madrid and Senetic company accepted payment right away. 3 days later, Senetic informed us by email that the delivery had been cancelled, without any further explanation at first, and then claiming that the card with which the payment had been made was "fraudulent" and asking us to contact our bank to find out more about the situation.
After checking with our bank, it appears that no blocking had been requested at the level of the bank (so Senetic lied claiming the bank was blocking the transaction). After several exchanges, Senetic finally admitted that they suspected fraud because the card used was from a Belgian banking institution, next that the payment had been made with a card whose holder name (mine) was different from that of the customer account (my husband).
The name was obviously different since it was my own husband, which my husband confirmed to them by phone call and email! Since when is it impossible to order an item on behalf of a third party? This is done on a very regular basis (for a gift, order within a company, etc.). Senetic has blocked our money and is asking me to pay again for the same item, without even knowing how soon we will be reimbursed for the first order. It seems that for Senetic, ordering on behalf of someone else is so amazingly odd (and criminal), and this despite of all the security checks that were used during the transaction and attested of our identity!
If the transaction appeared fraudulous in the first place, why did Senetic accept to receive the money and why did they keep it on their account until now without warning me personally that someone might have used my banking details?
Not very serious from Senetic to treat new potential customers that way!

Horror if you are a company you have to keep the product without the possibility to return it even if you pay for it.

Good,

I bought from a company, when I saw the product it is not compatible I wanted to return the product, they told me no, without giving me the opportunity to return it, even if they apply a surcharge.

Although I had to complain because it took 2 weeks to send the product when it was paid for express ups.

The product was intended for the Eastern European market which is the least of it.
