Incredibly bad company

Incredibly bad company. Having ordered and paid for items with Mastercard, the amount was deducted immediately but I has never received the goods. Has sent emails several times about delivery without any kind of reaction, in other words there is total closure of communication. It seems to me to be a totally fake and fraudulent company.
Having now bought the same items in Denmark at a danish company. It took only 5 days even they don't have the items at stock.
An answer from Senetic about delivery should not rest long in these IT times. Senetic has now used more than 30 days not to be able to deliver the items.
