Nathan, Travis AKA 'Trevor' and Warick were absolute gems. Everything was easy and explained to me fully. I have been super picky with which car I wanted. They have been amazing with giving me choices with my preference in mind, even going as far as sending me links to similar cars whilst I'm on nursing placement/doing the school run. They've been ever so flexible and have dealt with the dealer for me. A lot of stress off my shoulders so close to Christmas! Thank you lads,

Alex from trust pilot was such a great help to myself he was very friendly and understanding to talk with and listened to what i was looking for in a new car and what my budget was he went above and beyond to make sure that I found the car that was right for me and my budget.

Nathan was my agent, who misguided me into thinking I had been fully approved by the finance company, as specifically asked him have I been fully approved for the amount offered or have I just been conditionally approved aka live in the uk,age 18+ and currently employed criteria. to which his answer to me was yes you have been fully approved for 25k, all because some salesman wants a deal this is bad dealermanship and unprofessional if I'd been told the truth I would not of gone in for the deal as I was under the assumption that I'd been accepted for the deal which I later found out no, people be aware criteria for finance to initially say yes is that your over 18 and live and work in the uk any dealer say you've been accepted be sceptical they say this to suck you in there scams half of them then treat you like some rubbish that's just entered the shop discusting never use

This is the 2nd car i have bought through Sensible and i have to say the service is excellent, Josh Higginbottom was amazing sourcing the vehicle and kept informed through the process, Reah Ferguson was amazing when sorting the dealership and Dan Wright sorting all the finance aspect a fully satisfied customer and would recommend Sensible for anyone who wants a reliable service

Really positive did all by the book nathen the administration’s management 10 out of 10 it only took 24hrs to put the deal together they even found a dealer that was not suitable they do there home work highly recommended ten out of 10

My experience with sensible Finance has been outstanding. Josh worked very hard with me and he literally done everything alls I had to do was send him some personal details he took the stress completely out my hands. My application was done so quickly quicker than expected really and Josh kept in contact with keeping me up to date. I would definitely recommend sensible finance they are a great team and work so very hard especially Josh who worked with me! Thanks again to all I’m loving my new car.

We have had our hiccups along the way I have to be honest, however the lovely Valentina stuck with it the whole way through. She was honest, even when the call was going to be difficult for her, she still made it. Valentina was respectful the whole way through and we got there in the end, and I love my new car.
Thank you to everyone involved at Sensible but especially thank you to Valentina, i wouldn’t be driving that car now if it weren’t for her warming personality and perseverance, she is a credit to your company.

What a company great customer service felt like I was the sole priority in this whole deal. took every car choice into consideration and kept looking with me and without me until I found the best one if your looking for someone who really knows what there talking about and knows how to do there job ask for Kai what a guy really knows what he’s talking about and was fantastic.

A very positive experience. From the first phone call from Alex to the last email he always kept me informed and replied in a timely manner. He was polite and also had a sense of humour, which was needed at times. I had my loan sorted almost immediately and he worked within my budget. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Alex. As a self employed sole trader I needed to get myself a better vehicle for work. However finding finance was proving to be very much hard work, I had all but given up and Alex came to my rescue.
