Cold calling borders on harassment!

Would zero star this if it were possible.

Constant cold calls from this company multiple times a week no matter how many times I request they refrain from contacting me to the point where I have not only added every phone number I have to TPS but also reported this "business" for continuing to harass me with these calls after being requested to stop.

Cold call

Cold call. Caller didn't initially identify themselves on the phone until I pressed them to do so. Call about "your life insurance". I have no such contractual relationship with this company and have no idea how they obtained my details.

"Sensible" to be cautious

Claim to be "Sensible" who a quick check of the FCA website indicates an AR appointed by St James Place Wealth Management. If they are legit, SJP need to seriously question the methods of this AR; come across like scammers.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM. ‘Jessica’ has been calling me almost every day for over 6 months now. Claims my life insurance policy has an issue (it doesn’t) but she doesn’t even have my name right. These people are so persistent. Call from a slightly different number each day so impossible to block. Have ignored them for months which didn’t stop it. Have asked politely to be left alone and details removed which didn’t stop it.

Notice all the positive reviews are from ‘employees’ or people that have only ever left 1 review…

Spam Cold Calling Not Appreciated

I am waiting for an urgent telephone call so quickly answered my phone before the Suspected Spam warning came up. Call was from 0333 053 4267 (now blocked) and a woman trying to get me to discuss my existing life insurance policy. I hung up and blocked. I have had no dealings at all with the Sensible Group so where have my details come from? These cold calls are not appreciated.

Company that lies to get information

The company tells lies straight off the bat to fish for information.

"Hello I'm calling about your existing life insurance policy"

A lot of people with Indian accents, with very english names, Lisa Taylor, Ryan Smith etc.

Great company

I had a great experience with this company. They helped me resolve a claim that I was entitled too, made it really smooth and easy from start to finish. Also great customer service skills, all the peole I spoke with were really helpful and easy to talk too. Thanks guys

Warranty is a lie

I bought a car via their car loan. They have advised me to take the extended warranty to cover the car maintenance.
After 5 months my car got broke down on 01/04/2024 since the date I started to ring them to claim my warranty till now 2,3 times every day but the result is all staff are very busy they will call back .
Still I am waiting and calling to claim .
I promise they are real cheaters

Fraud

I purchased a car via sensible group and everything was great. Then I needed to use the extended warranty I needed.. turns out sensible had been taking my money each month but never actually paying the warranty company. I'm now out of pocket £1500 as I had to pay for the truck to be fixed and lost my money I'd been paying them. Have tried ringing on numerous occasions and the receptionist says every single time everyone is busy and can't take my call and that I would get a call back. Never get a call back.
