Ordered on 4th December nothing arrived
Ordered on 4th December. Got tracking 5th December. Today is 20th Dec nothing. Contacted customer service numerous times repeated replies . Don't Order anything from them it seems from the website that they are irish and shipped from Ireland but that is a scam they are shipped from Slovenia.

Ordered from this website & the delivery time is between 6-8 working days . 3 weeks on , no tracking info , nothing delivered and have reached out to customer service 3 times with no response. Will be raising a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund . Go elsewhere

The courier did not deliver the parcel to the door of the apartment or hand it over, he did not send a call to the apartment or a message on the phone number! He left the package on the porch of a multi-quarry house and the package disappeared!

Placed an order on November 25th
Placed an order on November 25th. On november 26th the laber for tracking had been created. It's December 10th NOTHING. The parcel hasn't even left the lab. Why? Because the sales team can't read a Purchase Order. I placed the order on the irish website, to deliver in Ireland. But since I had placed previously an order on the italian website with delivery in italy they assumed I was sending to italy. Was the address on the purchase order an italian address? NO. Why did they think of that? Because they obviously cannot read. I will NEVER order anything again. EVER.
