Sensory Overload are a family run small business, we specialise in sensory toys for children & adults with stimulation needs such as Autism, Asperger & ADHD ect. Our toys range from Sensory toys, Fidget toys to activity boards and many more, including sensory equipment to help children and adults with their Overstimulation. Some children and adults struggle to get across their frustration or anxiety and because of this they tend to become restless and upset causing stress and worry, causing some children & adults to express their frustration by lashing out. These were all signs that we seen with our daughter, Lillie when she was very young and as first time parents with a child on the spectrum we didn't know what to do, we didn't even notice the signs at first, it was only that we had family members pointing certain things out to us that made us start to think that maybe, just maybe our little girl needs the extra support than what her big brothers do. We tried everywhere to find a solution to help our daughter and to make her life more stress-free and relaxing as possible, but couldn't find anything or anywhere that was within a reasonable price range. Due to this, Sensory Overload was born. We at Sensory Overload are always on the look out for the best products at the highest quality but also at the most reasonable price possible. We want to be able to create a world for children and adults to come and enjoy their time, be able to relax and go into their own imaginative world without the care in the world of what anyone else is doing. But as many things these days, their is a cost to this. We are committed to raising the funds through our online sales at Sensory Overload to be able to one day open our own facility to allow everyone that needs our services to come and enjoy our sensory rooms, dark rooms, quiet rooms or even our soft play.
