Sensory Sam explains things well and in detail when you message them. They are easy to reach through messenger, yes it's delayed but it is better than waiting weeks for a response. They explain options and help you understand if you don't understand. They are extremely polite and really helpful and understanding.

Quick efficient service and a great quality product

The cubes are really really good expect they start to loosen a lot really quickly. I had one set that the links fell apart from normal use.

My son is absolutely in love with this stretchy bean bag. It exceeded expectations.
