Waited over a month for my items to arrive. The numerous emails sent and forms filled out was appalling. No one got back to me just a standard customer service email.

Unfortunately we suffered a devastating fire in our warehouse and offices towards the end of March 2020. Practically everything was wiped out. These circumstances caused delays with the order and we were only able to supply a small part of what was ordered.
We did our utmost to keep in contact with the customer with updates about the situation and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience these delays have caused you.

Fast efficient service and delivery
Though I can’t give a full review as it’s a present for our granddaughter and we haven’t been able to get it to her as yet.
But, what I can say is the service and delivery is excellent. I placed the order on the Monday and it was delivered by Thursday. That is speedy delivery.
The parcel was intact and complete inside. All we have to now is hopefully get it to our granddaughter this week.
I would definitely recommend this company.
