Wrong order and zero response from them
Ordered 3 x 500ml reed diffusers (£150.00), package arrived with 100ml reed diffusers. Have emailed twice and sent a message via Facebook - heard absolutely nothing back.

A bit disappointed to be honest, I purchased x2 large diffusers £198.. And my room doesn't smell of them.. I was going to purchase more me but I'm sceptical as these are not cheap! I was expecting my room to smell beautiful 😕

Persian Spice heaven
Delighted with my order, i love the scent throughout my home.
Delighted with the value for money on the discounted set, I also love the fact you thanked me for my custom and awarded me a further 10% discount on my next purchase , that said, the fact that it expires in 4 weeks is disappointing, so I will lose that discount, but again that said, i will shop with you again as the product, packaging etc are on any level.

Ordered previously with no issue and regularly buy scents in store. Pre-ordered new diffuser refill and oil on the website. No order ever received, shows as returned to Sensum. I've emailed twice and also commented asking for contact on a Facebook post and no response. Very disappointed. You have my money and I have no items. Put me off buying my favourite oil scents in store ever again and definitely will not order from the website again. Very poor customer service!

Great customer service
Had a slight issue so had to contact customer service. Cannot fault them at all, issue dealt with by Robert with a very generous resolution.

Gorgeous Black Reed Diffuser
I purchased the Black reed diffuser which comes in the Persian Spice scent, it is a stunning design and the smell is so nice and very strong, will definitely be buying more very soon.

Had a bit of a wait although I paid for next day delivery it was a week.
Bottle is lovely although a bit pricy but thought I'd treat myself. Bought Indian Summer as wanted the pink bottle but it's more a lilac than pink. Smells good though
