Perfect
I have recently discovered sentia red and black. Both I find are delicious. I recommend sentia black 50ml mix with Dr Pepper zero and red to be mixed with pink grapefruit soda. Great replacement drink. I find it relaxing and comforting to have! It’s my new favourite thing.

Quite a relaxing effect on drinking
Quite a relaxing effect on drinking. The package arrived but late; the post was delayed and the app wasn't working so i didn't know the post was delayed-it looked like it had been delivered to wrong address. So some stress. However the customer service got back to tell me when it was coming. The drink itself did have a mildly relaxing effect. So it all worked out in the end. But one of bottles smashed so i won't use again unless they use differnt post and refund that bottle.

Brilliant. I have tried several non/ low alcohol ciders and have not found one with the taste I like. This is tasty and does help you relax. Also the customer service is fantastic!

The Sentia Gaba Spirits are exceptional. Since I consume them, I didn't drink any alcohol at all anymore....and I used to have drinks every evening!

I poured 100ml and added a can of tonic…
I poured 100ml and added a can of tonic - I had that one drink but had quite a bad reaction and slept really badly. I then spotted on the label that the maximum in 24 hours was only 100ml. I wondered why? - it’s less than a 125 ml glass of wine
What are the ingredients and why is less recommended than a small glass of wine.
I also wondered why you recommend it should be kept in the fridge and what ingredient is damaged if that doesn’t happen ??

SENTIA is classed a food supplement and like with all other food supplements, we have to suggest a daily recommended maximum allowance for each ingredient. We believe a customer service representative has been in touch directly.
SENTIA, once opened and being stored outside the fridge, might be prone to fermentation and not tasting so nice.

Cask and Black comparison
Tried Cask - not bad, but Sentia Black with Cola is still the Best. Even though Cask seems to have a more pronounced relaxing effect, Black with Cola just tastes great for me :-) Still unbeaten.

I love these drinks
I love these drinks! They taste nice, not too sweet and very much like the spirits you would put in cocktails , they certainly give you a buzz and everyone I’ve shared them with agrees. My fave is the red one as that’s pretty versatile, followed by the black one which goes great in an espresso martini. The cask one has a really authentic whisky flavour too. Is the main thing that has helped me cut out alcohol.

SCAM: I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Absolutely no feeling or effect. — the automatic reply PROVES this is a scam: their points : 1) different brain chemistry, … really ? With that they can sell you water and claim you don’t feel a thing because of your unique biology… at least pandas get “drunk” with too much water. 2) not working on regular drinker: I AM NOT. I started drinking 3 y ago from now for punctual parties and I hadnt drinked for 4 months when i tried the 3 bottles during New Year’s Eve. None of my friends felt anything neither . A legit brand would warn before your buy , provided this is mainly targeted to usual drinkers anyway — Fianlly, the taste varied from tolerable to horrible. Only those addicted to alcohol find spirit drinks to taste good. — This is a total scam.

We have many regular repeat customers who love the taste of our drink and who experience sufficient effects to purchase monthly on subscription.
Please note that regular drinkers of alcohol will actually have a higher GABA tolerance, so they most likely will experience less of an effect. Also, our "spirits" don't taste like alcohol spirits. Our GABA drinks are botanical in flavour and have an acquired taste. It really is not for everyone.

There could be a number of reasons for this:
Individual variances: Your GABA system is very much your own, and individual chemistry varies from person to person, so the experience of SENTIA will vary too.
Alcohol in system: Regular alcohol drinkers may have a high tolerance to GABA release, which will moderate the SENTIA experience. Studies suggest that you can reset your tolerance to GABA release by refraining from drinking for 2 to 3 weeks.
SSRI’s: (Selective Serotonin Inhibitors) anti-psychotics, tranquillisers and some epileptic medications may inhibit the effects of SENTIA.
Expectations: SENTIA is not designed to get you “drunk”, but offer a more refined experience. All feelings are of course very subjective, and will vary from person to person.
Context: There is a great deal of scientific evidence indicating that drinking (or talking any mind altering substance) alone creates a very different effect from doing so socially. The science suggests the same will be true with SENTIA.
Please note that SENTIA is not meant to feel like alcohol, but to enhance relaxation and sociability.

One star to five star ⭐
7th Feb: My order and the order management was really poor. (Order marked as fulfilled when only partially delivered). The customer service set up was so poor that I gave them one star.
But the ‘human’ customer service was really good and sincere. I change my stars to 2/5 until I got my order.
I had ordered the trio Sentia and Stout
It is an acquired taste and if your an ‘indulgent drinker it probably isn’t for you’ but if you’re a stressed mum/ parent who is trying to set up a business after the kids have gone to bed it’s a godsend. It genuinely takes the edge of a hectic home life without the grogginess of alcohol and it a much better for feelings of restlessness and frazzled.
Gone are wine induced heaviness and brain fog. Replaced by feeling chilled and focused.
Careful what you wish for, it works so well I end up working till midnight. Not because I’m wired but because I feel I can.
And when I go to bed I have a better nights sleep and no hangover.
I still enjoy my wine on weekends. But this is a perfect midweek guilt free pick me up!
28th April: I’ve ordered again, and it’s all arrived without a hitch. Can’t wait to enjoy it while I work tonight. It is good as they say it is!

Unfortunately we had a serious issue with our warehouse in the last week which resulted in some orders being delayed and split into two shipments. An email was sent out to all customers affected by the delay, however with our small start-up team we were unable to notify each and every customer who were affected with split shipments.

Just really great customer service. I accidentally ordered the red rather than the gold, not a problem at all, great communication. Sorted out a return and sent out the gold I had been intending to order straight away. Considering the error was entirely mine they could not have been more professional. Lovely product too, so refreshing and relaxing.

Good, expensive, website slow to react to subscription changes. Adding to subscription is impossible
The drinks are fine but very expensive for soft drinks in a small 500cc bottle. The black is a good bedtime nightcap and the yellow is a little relaxing. The website is confusing a difficult to navigate and changing subscriptions is tricky. A cancelled subscription turns up anyway and trying to add an additional bottle to an existing subscription, well you might as well forget it unless you want to pay the single bottle price. Otherwise fine but prices are high so likely to be a treat rather than a forever subscription.

SENTIA Spirits cost more to put on-shelf, than a premium alcohol spirit does.
