We were very happy with the storage facility. It was easy to arrange the rental, the facility was clean. It was monitored well and no sign of rodents or other pests. Our only complaint would be that the seal on the bottom of our units door had a small gap. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Thank you to the wonderful lady and gentleman working the morning of Dec 16. I was in a bad way and they went out of their way to help me out. Their kindness and great service is so appreciated. Thank you again and Merry Christmas.

We had an incident with our unit at the Roper Rd, Edmonton location a couple of weeks ago. We reported it to Karen, the manager, and she was amazing to deal with. As far as we are concerned she went above and beyond to turn a bad situation into a better one. Not only did she give us a new unit that was closer to the main building, she let us use the company van to move our belongings. She also kept checking on us throughout the morning to make sure everything was good. The incident turned out to be very stressful for her and her staff but however she made sure things were taken care of. Thank you Karen for all of your help that day.

Very poor customer service I had a unit reserved at the mission location and had informed them we’d be there about 1/2 before closing anyway get there about 435 which should have given the staff plenty of time to finalize everything considering they already had all my information on file and the minute I walked through the door both staff were very and refused to help me and I had a trailer full of my stuff,needless to say
I won’t be going back

Sentinel Storage , Vernon BC, is a very secure, well maintained and clean storage facility. I've been a loyal customer for six years and would highly recommend this company to meet all of your storage needs. The staff are friendly and strive to keep their customers happy!

I give this company 5 Stars for these reasons Excellent Customer service, Clean lockers easy to get into. Never had a problem entering the building. They always have extra carts so you can easily move your stuff onto the cart and into the big elevators. This is the Best Storage Company I have used. Don't Hesitate They are Excellent.

My storage locker at the 11444 119 St NW, Edmonton was broken into and emptied out along with quite a few others. Seems this happened over the Thanksgiving weekend, but only contacted 3 days later. Looks like an "inside" job (e.g. other renter or someone with access), since 1) a number of lockers were broken into, so takes time, and 2) access was from the inside (panels from adjacent lockers were remove, which, again takes time). Deduced this on my own: no explanation my Sentinel given. Told fill out form and submit police report: basically Sentinel did not help at all, not transparent, no help with compensation process, just left on your own. Been renting there for two years.

If you were unsure where to trust your precious belongings while moving or traveling and whatnot, read this!

Sentinel Storage and Flo one of their Managers continues to surprise me with the kind of customer care and customer service you wouldn't expect. Not only did they soften the stress of moving and storing, but they also continue to check up and maintain that same quality even after taking my check. While I am sure this is how most businesses want to conduct themselves, I have to admit this has not been my experience, until now.

If I owned a business that could only succeed by showing its top-notch customer service, I would attempt to steal Flo(Manager). :) Shoppers, If you read this, give them a try! Very well done!

Exceptional customer service from sheela in the Ottawa, area I'm new to renting a storage unit and she was extremely helpful with a great uplifting experience, she had gave me a great unit at a great price, she is great at what she does and gives the company a excellent reputation

Helped me find a storage locker right away before they closed to put my stuff away so i didnt have to throw it in the dump before actually finding a place. Informative staff.

Beware

This company is totally unreliable , negligent and not trust - worthy . The following is what had happened to us .

About two years ago , attracted by her promise of the state of the art security system and 24- hour surveillance, we opened a storage locker with Sentinel’s facility in Richmond BC. Last week , when we visited the storage to check out stuff , we were shocked to find that ALL of our valuables and goods in the locker was gone , emptied! We reported the incident to the local police immediately and then we found out the following :

1. There is NO sign of break-in into the storage . The door lock is intact, undamaged. Everything looks calm and normal outside.
2. The activity report issued by the company surprisingly shows that there is NO record whatsoever of other entrance and exit after our last visit , when at that time , we are certain that all of our belongings were still sitting in the storage locker.
3. Worst still , we discovered later for some reasons , the staff at Sentinel had decided to cancel our standard Insurance Protection Plan a few months ago without our written consent and even informing us , therefore leaving us totally exposed to this crime .

I am an artist , and not only I have lost all of my major artworks in the last 10 years , I have also lost my collection of artworks by my fellow artists. It is heartbreaking and devastating. Even with such a major crime at the facility , up to the time of writing , seven days after the theft is reported to the police , the company still remains silent on why such a robbery in such manner can happen under their watch and 24-hour cameras surveillance!

This case is still under investigation. I sincerely hope that those who are looking for a safe place for their valuables must think twice when choosing your storage . Clean facility, seemingly credible surveillance and so-called “advanced security system” may not be the only factors that matter .

Sentinel Storage has been is a clean safe place to store your items. Easy to get set up, very helpful staff and easy to find location. Would recommend them to anyone with there storage needs!

I rented a unit 2 months ago for $135 a month (5x10) even though the website advertised it for $32 a month. I just checked my credit card and they withdrew $175 this month! They are crooked, this is bad business! I will be canceling with them and renting/ moving my stuff which all takes more time and money. Don't bother going to them, not worth the hassle.

Phoned the call number about booking a 10X10 unit. The website stated $32.00 per week. The person on the phone quoted me a higher price and said it was their position to raise the rate when supply and demand was in their favor. If they quote a price, don't try to scam more money when people want to book. It is a waste of our time to deal with crooks.

Didn't realize this location was now owned by these guys other wise I wouldn't have rented I have paid for 3 months they can't find record of it, gjr receipt I have she is claiming I made them, they are kicking me out of the unit with no reason all.my receipts claim.i paod cash but I'm behind how are these people still open

We have had quite a time this last while so it's always nice to talk to someone that understands and does what they can to help. We definetly got that service from Sentinel and we thank-you so very much. M., when we had to change things was especially helpful, thank-you from Ken and Joanne.
