Sentinel Car Park Reviews 

2nd time I've used Sentinel Park and Fly at Leeds Bradford Airport. Brilliant company. Seamless transition from pulling onto their facility to them taking us to Airport on shuttle bus. Same on returning home. Staff really freindly and helpful. I definitely recommend Sentinel.

Excellent service, all staff polite and friendly. Easy check in process, bus waiting outside so was straight on our way to the airport. On arrival bus was waiting, easy collection of car keys. Definitely recommend was a 5* service. Will be using again on our next flight from LBA.

High praise for sentinel, we were very apprehensive about leaving our car and keys with any company, however after reading other reviews we decided to try them for our 9 day holiday. The service they provided is second to none and we will always use them from now on.

Wished I had used this company before. So well managed. Good honest service. Quick and much better than on site parking and very competitive pricing. Thank you. Will definitely use again.

Booked Sentinel at Leeds Bradford and found it to be brilliant. Keys dropped off at reception, bus ready to transfer to terminal, bus was there on return and car in a nominated spot for pick up. Will never use the long stay at LBA again as it’s horrendous trying to find a spot and then waiting for a miserable bus driver in the wee small hours. Sentinel is cheaper, efficient and friendly. Unfortunately their fees appear to have nearly doubled for 2024

So easy to book, no drama's. Had to call after flight changed, really helpful and understanding.
Dropped car off, couple of minutes later in the terminal.

They even offer FREE complimentary tea and coffee when you drop your car off.

I was really nervous for my boyfriend doing this but it all went smoothly apart from my own forgetful brain.

I had forgotten my sunglasses in the car by accident and had to get my partner to go back to reception because of my error, the bus driver was very kind about it after understanding what i had done. I was incredibly grateful for his patience, for the car being secure, and for the feeling of being safe seeing how good the security of the place is.

Couldn’t fault sentinel, use time and time again they were very gracious and understanding when a medical emergency meant my car needed to stay for an additional 3 weeks!

Friendly efficient service throughout. Makes a good start and end to holiday.

Within minutes of arriving at the reception, we were being dropped off right outside departures. Same experience when we returned. They monitor your flight so they knew we had landed early and were there waiting for us. Reception staff and drivers were friendly. Great price. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Superb, convenient service. Waited a few minutes maximum for the shuttle bus. Special mention to the shuttle bus driver on our return on the 25.03.23 at approximately 17.00hrs. He went out of his way to help us with our bags and was pleasant and welcoming. Such a refreshing change. He also helped our Daughter who was waiting for a taxi, ensuring she remained in the warmth of the waiting room whilst he directed her taxi. Such a nice chap and an absolute asset to Sentinel. We would 100% use again and will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you

All went according to plan, arrived, went away and came back 10 days later, was picked up at the airport, picked up my car and away I went, no problems no drama, will be parking there again when I next go on my holiday.

Arrived, parked car, handed keys to reception, on the waiting bus & in the airport all in 17mins.
On our return, straight onto awaiting bus, picked up keys and we were on our way in 20 mins - bonus - car had been washed - What's not to like!

Just fantastic! We use them every time we go to leeds airport. Great friendly service, staff are lovely. They never make you wait. They even will leave before the bus is full as there is always another bus on the way. You even get a free hot drink. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Leeds Bradford Airport.
Used the service several times before, always v good.
But last night , wife not well after the flight, the attendant carried our luggage to the car!
While I got her in the car and comfortable.
Very grateful to him.
Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The most efficient service I've ever had at an airport car park. Drop off took only a couple of minutes, bus was already waiting and exactly the same on return. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful as well. I chose to pay the £80 for a full valet and I must say it was well worth the money, the car ( a 2017 MPV) was immaculate inside and out and looked like it had come out of the showroom. Very highly recommend everything about this company.

First time using Sentinel after being recommended by a family member. Quick and easy drop off, at the airport within 10 minutes of dropping the keys off. Bus waiting when we got back and again, quick collection of keys. We had been gone 4 days and our battery was flat. A member of the Sentinel team jump started this for us with a boost pack. No need for road side assistance and on our way in 10 minutes! Thank you :)

Highly recommend, easy to find, 2 min from the terminal, not one of the cheapest but I picked this car park because if you have to over stay they don't charge the earth. Now I had to overstay as I broke my ankle quite badly whilst away, should've picked the car up on the 12th Jan I couldn't get it picked up until the 19th, when I rang to explain and to pay the overstay they didn't charge me! Fantastic customer service, thank you sentinel you took one worry away from me, will definitely recommend and use again.

Fantastic price for 4 days parking at Sentinel. The car park was very easy to find and check in was quick. There was a bus waiting to take us to the airport terminal as soon as we had dropped our keys off. The bus took just 2-3 minutes to get to the terminal and the drop off is right near the doors. Pick up on our return was in the same spot and we waited no longer than 5 minutes for the bus. Key collection was very quick and we were able to drive off within minutes. Will definitely use again when flying from Leeds Bradford.
