I had a similar experience to others. My trial expired and my card didn't have enough money for the transaction. I didn't mind paying as I knew that I had missed my opportunity to cancel my subscription. But I was very surprised when I discovered that I had to pay for two months despite my card not working the first month. Usually with software companies, reputable ones at least like Adobe you don't pay for the next month if your card is declined. I then received letters threatening to pass on the debt to debt collectors which is a little extreme for a 50 euro payment. I wouldn't recommend the service because of the second charge. I understand the first month as I didn't cancel in time but after that the charges should of stopped or at least that should be made more clear as it is not standard practice with other companies.

You are right, Seobility requires an explicit cancelation of the subscription. We don't consider a single failed payment to be the immediate end of a subscription.
For our customers, it's important that we keep track of their website health and rankings, inform about issues etc.. So in that regard, Seobility delivers value in a very different way than Adobe, which is only required at active use.
Hence, we keep on delivering the value to the customer and in return, we expect payment according to the subscription. I can assure you most users with single failed payments are glad that we handle it that way. Of coure, we deal differently with repeated failed payments.
Ultimately I would like to invite you to give Seobility another chance and would offer you another free month, if you want. We are in no way interested in exploiting our users. I can guarantee you that.

I reccomend Seobility!
I was charged for a subscription and there was a misunderstanding, but, they resolved it well no questions asked. Their platform is awesome aswell! Really helpful for improving and promoting our site. 10/10 reccomend!

Improve you SEO in a matter of days
There is a hige difference between companies which only pursue money with companies that really want to add value to their customers. Seobility is the latter. I totally recommend their software. Their customer support is 10/10.

Terrible service
Terrible service, i signed up for trial and after one month trial, i don't renew my account but system still attempt to charge my credits and then after 3 months when i don't use service anymore, i got a sms from my bank which i have been charged for this service. And now they make a request a payment for 2 months service which they can't charge money.
When i use any service, always after charged my credit card be fault, my membership would be terminated, but this service looks like a cheater. Hope nobody face this situation like me.
