Really great experience

Really great experience purchasing a record from SEPEA. It shipped out fast and arrived in record time. Considering it takes a week or more to have something ship inside of Canada. And this was coming from Slovakia! Record arrived in pristine condition. 10/10 experience.

I placed my order as your website…

I placed my order as your website stated it was in stock.

After 2 weeks I sent several emails and messages requesting a despatched date.

I received no replies from Sepea audio and asked PayPal to step in.

Only then did I get a response from you, so that’s why I’m not giving you 5 stars
