Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with Sephora Spain.

I received a damaged product in my order (7057470546 – Clarins Lip Comfort Oil, shade 08). The product had leaked into the box, the packaging was faulty, and the applicator comes out completely, making it unusable.

I have contacted customer service multiple times and submitted forms, including sending photos, but I have received no response at all.

It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a product that arrived damaged and not receive any support or resolution.

I expected much better customer service from Sephora. I am still waiting for a reply or any form of solution.

Recibí un producto dañado en mi pedido (7057470546 – Clarins Lip Comfort Oil, tono 08). El producto llegó derramado dentro de la caja, el envase está defectuoso y el aplicador sale completamente, por lo que no se puede usar.

He contactado varias veces con atención al cliente y he enviado formularios, incluyendo fotos, pero no he recibido ninguna respuesta.

Es muy frustrante pagar por un producto que llega dañado y no recibir ninguna solución ni atención.

Esperaba mucho más del servicio al cliente de Sephora. Sigo esperando una respuesta o alguna solución.

i ordered gifts from Sephora expecting them to be in time for mothers day, getting near I emailed them . i received a reply from Tabitha blaming the issue on Evri and to wait 24 hours. which I did , so after no more information i checked tracking and it said the parcel was in fact only leaving their depot , so I emailed Tabitha the reply was a copy of their orders and cancellation policy , it good to see good old customer care nowadays!!!!! today i have to go and pick presents to take away,, Thank you Sephora and thank you Tabitha, by the way that was meant sarcastically
just been told by Sephora parcel was lost, strange as tracking showed it hadnt left warehouse!!
i found a better site My Origines ,,great reviews and £35 cheaper

They forgot a product

They forgot a product. And when I ve told them that an item was missing they told me that the time of refund was over. It wasn't a refund request, they forgot an item. This is my first and last order from them. It seems that maybe they do it on purpose to rob people.

Useless

I ordered some hair products on the 04/12/25 order number FN98845318 from SEPHORA. Received an email on the 05/12/25 saying despatched. I’ve still not received my order, have been back and forth with Evri ( absolute waste of time 🤬) so tried to get in touch with Sephora. Contacted them on there complaints page,filled in the online like they ask. Had no acknowledgement whatsoever, so tried phoning there customer service number and all I get is the engaged tone!!! Do not touch this company with a barge pole, will never order from them again.

this is the worst company you can buy from online, mainly because the delivery never arrives and if it does the items are ruin and then to have your money back is a nightmare you c
have to constantly calling otherwise they keep the money. so no don't buy online from here

Very very disappointing

Very very disappointing, i ordered 2 items on 11 August and I haven’t got my order yet after one month. On website it shows I got my items while I haven’t received nothing!! Sent emails frequently and getting no answer from them.

Absolutely Terrible

Absolutely Terrible. I bought 3 items from the Sephora in Barcelona Flagship store. One of the items was a 90€ Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream. I was visiting a friend who lives in Barcelona so left the bag & receipt there. Once I returned home to Mallorca, I realised they had sold me an empty Tester pot.
I contacted the store but they are not interested as I don’t have receipt & I paid cash!
I gave them photos, time & date, plus the details of items purchased. The actual tester pot also had a Sephora sticker on the bottom with had written dates on it. Avoid this company, absolutely dreadful way to treat a customer

Don’t bother signing up for Sephora…

Don’t bother signing up for Sephora rewards . I shipped Sephora for many years, I was saving my rewards points and I was up to 645! before I went into the store , I checked my points and my account said zero. Sephora gave me zero warning they were deleting my points . They could have sent an email.

Absolute shambles of a company

Absolute shambles of a company. Rather than wait until I responded to exchange the products that you now claim are out of stock you have sent a partial refund. No conversation, just stating the stuff is out of stock even though it's apparently been out for delivery since Wednesday.
Order number is FN85100425. This was items for my daughters 18th birthday. Terrible customer service.

They Cancelled my order for no reason

They Cancelled my order for no reason, I paid using mastercard, it was rejected, then I paid using PayPal balance, it was rejected also after 3 days waiting. Very desapointing and no replay from their customer service to my emails, no explanation, nothing. Terrible terrible service. Worst website on the planet.
All I need is an explanation was PAYPAL was refused???!

Racist website !!!

Ordering is based on physical stock of specific store, they dont accept foreign Credit Cards neither foreign PayPal which is stupid and very racist. Delivery time up to one week, order confirmation takes 3 days to finally cancel your order based on your payment methods which are accepted on websites except for sephora.es.
very bad experience really, very disappointed .

Terrible customer service

I purchased two items on the Sephora Spain website on December 3rd, and arranged for them to be sent to a collection point 2 days later. I wrote to them on 7th December asking when the delivery would happen, and on 8th December, they replied saying that my order was "blocked". I replied immediately asking what that meant, since I had already paid for the products, and until now I have not received a reply. So I have no products, and they have my money. I thought this was a reputable brand, but I now see all the terrible reviews on Trustpilot, so I will avoid using them again.
