Absolutely horrible site to waste money on something you won’t receive. I purchased a matching hoodie last October; they sent a verification text of the purchase and said they will start sending the package in a few days time. Waited a few weeks until I sent a text about the package, but I never got an answer from them.

Anyone who has also fallen for this scam, I would highly advice to be in touch with your local bank service from which the money was sent from. After several months of investigation, I finally received all of my money back this May! Some have been lucky to receive their money back from the purchases, but also some haven’t been paid back at all.

I highly advice people to check reviews online from websites they aren’t familiar with so that nobody will fall to the same scam as I did.

My order never arrived! almost a year has passed. They are not ansering to my messages and now the onelineshop and their instagramprofile does not even exist anymore! It was a total scam!!!

Ordered matching sweatshirts for my partner and myself in May 2023. Now April 2024 and not got them after paying around £80. They sent pasted emails back to my contact for a while then stopped answering altogether.

Ordered small wall heater and right off the bat the order was inflated by things I didn’t order. I immediately called before my card was charged and they refunded me the overcharge. We could not make the small heater fit any wall socket so we returned it immediately and have not received any credit as of over one month later and 4 calls to be promised each call that credit would be issued within 0ne or two days……and after one month later still nothing but promises…. Hope it’s not a scam. . Just determined that this SHOP COSMO is definitely a scam. Stay away or suffer your cash going down the drain.

Its a fraud. I ordered in July 23 and still got nothing in 2024.

We placed a order back on Nov 24th 2023 and it’s Jan 20th and still have not recieved it . Anna responded a month ago and said the order was ready to be shipped. A month later and nothing .

I ordered in August, they said 2-3 weeks shipping time, it's almost February and nothing has been shipped out. Their email doesn't exist anymore and so their phone number. Definitely a waste of money.

Ordered in November, Chased up the order and they said it was ready to be sent mid December, it's now Jan, I've chased it up multiple times to no avail and they have actually blocked me on Instagram, Complete and utter waste of time and energy...

SCAM! ordered matching shirts and after 3 months there is DELIVERED on the tracker. Never recieved! They delivered in Amsterdam but I do not live in Amsterdam!!!! Sent already 3 emails but never any respons!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

FAKE!!! Scam!!! And I don’t know how to get my money back!!! Can someone help me???

It's been more than a month after I placed the order and haven't even received a tracking link. This shop is a total fraud. I wish I had seen the reviews before placing the order. Keep your money away from these people.

I am editing this review because things have changed.

So, I can confirm some things:
*Shopify can't refund your money
*In case you buy, it's more secure to do through the Pay App from Shopify, in this way you will be more protected (really important to dispute the charge before 60 days from the purchase)
*Banks I am not sure if they can help

So, in my original review I didn't receive the order.

Now I have received it but after writing them several mails with no response.

Quality is normal, I recommend search for another shops.

I will not risk to send them the package to get the refund because I will be without the package and without the money.

I clearly said them that I didn't need the package because I wanted before Christmas (placed my order on early November).

In conclusion, you may receive the package but it's better to search another shops.

Purchased sweatshirts then got Hoodies. Sent 2 emails to ask about it. No answer. So I commented on their Instagram and few people who got same situation commented as well. They deleted all the comments and block me after I commented 'why are you keep deleting comments' Pity them cause they can't keep the business like that. Or they are just scam just want to sell the products that's it. Hope you don't buy anything from them. You can find better quality products from other site actually. Can't understand why they say it takes that long time to just put sticker on the sweatshirts.

Ordered a matching set and It arrived after a month and a half. Packaging was ruined and one of the sweatshirts was ruined too, on the neck area. Overall, materials are not great and neither are the prints. I was expecting more, given the price. Bad experience.

We ordered in July and still nothing has arrived and everytime I've contacted them they said in that exact day my order was shipped, everytime... And I contacted them like 5/6 times. Full scam.

Ordered back at the start of August and still no sign of my package. They sent the same email twice when reaching out and asking about where my package on two different occasions. Total scam don’t fall for it

This shop is an absolute scam. My boyfriend ordered my birthday present from here. We are yet to receive the order after nearly 2 months and doesn’t think he’ll get his money back. When trying to contact all they do is send automated messages. Do not order from here !

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This website is a complete scam. It’s been 3 months since I placed an order, their website says it could take 2 months to make te pieces and ship them, how is that even possible?? It’s all probably imported from China, not even handmade. Each time I contact the customer service it’s the same thing “your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive the tracking number soon”, but week after week: nothing! I hope I can get my money back somehow from these fakers

Items never arrived after two months I emailed asking for a refund was told “sorry for the delay we hope you understand and now ready to be shipped you’ll receive tracking in a few days”
Nothing came through, after 3weeks emailed again, no response
Luckily disputed through bank and received a refund!
Don’t buy from this, the website and instagram look legitimate- very clever

It's a weird one!

I ordered from them before and received my jumper and it was absolutely perfect!

Decided to order a couple more and couldn't have had a more different experience. Absolute silence, no order, no tracking and no communication.

Very disappointed after being a repeat customer.
