I had a big issue with my job, and I wasn't able to do the changes within 3 days, I literally wasn't able to open my email because I had to focus on a unexpected issue that appeared on my job or else I wouldn't get the money to pay my bills, I literally had a emergency related to my job, and my account has been blocked, please, answer me and help me, I have a lot of original songs that I created with love and passion, and Now I won't be able to get a return with them, I was going to fix the issues asked by the platform, please help me, I lost my catalog for a problem caused by my job, not me, please help me, my entire career is being affected by that, I think that this is a exagerated reaction by the plataform and they stopped answering me, I lost original songs I made with love and covers that I was going to make the requested name changes because of a small date issue.

Its good for music distribution but they didn't pay you, you can see they take 15% royalists from your earnings, but they takes 85% royalists, when i ask why take 85% royalist they show me a cause, my account have 1 strike, but i didn't get any strike,
Sepulchral Silence SL just blame you and take your royalist. And also the give you royalist after 6 months later.
Please be careful about Sepulchral Silence SL fake distribution
Finally they showed me invalid cause, i switched music distributor and that why i get 1 strike, violate Youtube monetize policies, it's very funny jokes
When i signup i read team and condition, and also read anti fraud policies,
I see violation not a strike,
So why you keep my royalties?

When you registered your account, you agreed to terms and conditions as well as an anti-fraud policy.
Well, in your case, and just as we notified you on March 26, 2024, we received a direct notification from YouTube because you violated their monetization policies.
And this, in application of our anti-fraud policy, is penalized with a strike on the account and the corresponding reduction in royalties.
So, my friend, we understand your frustration, but we have simply applied our policies, those that you accepted at the time of registering the account and that you obviously did not even read.
And that Sepulchral Silence is "FAKE", quite the opposite. And if not, look and read all the reviews.

They compress lower-cased song titles but not capitals, like they need you to compress “days” as “Days” but they allow you to distribute your song with the title “DAYS”, i wish we could have this feature of also releasing songs with lower cased song titles, and as well this doesn’t compress in Apple Music, but overall, great company

Authentication with documents, a hindrance for me.
Basically I released my music here,
I can understand that there are people who commit fraud, so they added authentication, but it could have been different, for example identifying themselves by receiving a unique code by email or validation of an account by email. But since you have to pass authentication with documents like (ID card and selfie) that no longer makes me want to put my music there. Because, I don't really trust putting important documents on websites. Maybe, bye 🥲
