After a lifetime of severe illness, sequencing made it possible for me to see what's going on in my body. The services are excellent and easy to use, even an AI chatbot is available. The services were extremely affordable and informative.

I bought this extremely expensive genetic testing and opted for more detailed testing in cardiac, neurology, autoimmune and endocrine. I've been tested AND diagnosed with Hashimotos and rheumatoid arthritis. This testing showed NO autoimmune or endocrine diseases at all! I believe this is a total scam, I've asked for my money back and have received no response multiple times.

I think the time line for getting my results has been pretty fast. I just received my results yesterday so still trying to learn how to use the information and navigate the system. I still do not know what all my results mean, but I am thankful to have the information and share with my Doctors so we know how to move forward. I am 66 now.

I am truly thankful for my experience with Sequencing thus far! The timing has been brilliant and I am looking forward to receiving my results, as well as ordering additional sequencing tests in the future! I have been struggling with Ehlers Danlos symptoms and curious to see if the syndrome is evident in my genes. Absolutely recommending to family and friends. Thank you for your service!!

As a health care professional, I am finding out reasons for a previous personal illness response having such negative outcomes on my body. Final reports were easy to understand. Plenty of definitions and explanations. I got the answers I wanted. Worth it.

It's easy to use. My family has a lot of health issues so it was insightful to see which ones I may have and which doctors I could possibly see about taking further action about the findings. I do appreciate the fact there are other test options if I wish to go further in depth on my health and genetic code.

The kit arrived in reasonable time, and was registered the next day of arrival, the tracking system in the site is brilliant and keeps me informed plus the notification sent to my email with each step. I hope that it will be completed within the timeframe provided.

I really needed some insight into my autoimmune issues. Keep in mind, Sequencing does not diagnose. I was able to read the reports, and they were explained in depth. I saw some things I expected, and some I did not. My biggest surprise was the number of different meds in my body that I have not taken in almost a year. It is a large report that you can download and print out. I sincerely feel it was worth the money I paid. It will enable me to take some of the information to my doctor to help with my treatments. It also gave me peace of mind that some diseases were not listed or listed as low risk.

This is beyond amazing - I've been looking for help and direction with several conditions and it helped me finally ask the right questions with my doctors - I have no doubt it saved be!

Went smoothly, got my results. Overall decent, results a little more confusing to read than expected.
However, I didn't realize they automatically sign you up for a $30/month USD + tax subscription plan. so be careful.
Update: sequence refunded my money within hours of the review. Really appreciate the costumer service, so adjusted to 4/5. Still think it shouldn't be automatic

This service assisted me in becoming aware of conditions present in my body so I can plan for future medical care. I know the Department of Veterans Affairs could benefit from working with this entity to ensure a more accurate scope of care for our nation's heroes and ensure they accurately receive benefits and medals that they deserve.

I purchased the kit to test for the BRCA gene. My results came back Medium Confidence Risk LD for BRCA2. I took my results to my doctor and she scheduled an appointment with a gene oncologist. The gene oncologist would not accept the results from sequencing.com and ordered his own test. I just received my results back from the doctor and they conflict with the results I received from sequencing.com. Turns out, I do not have the BRCA2 gene but the doctor's test did identify a gene ATM that sequencing missed. I wasted a $1000 on inaccurate results. The reports are hard to read and aren't even accurate so don't waste your money.

Honestly speaking, at first my experience started a little rough. The first test didn’t seem to be testable. I had reached out to find out what the issue was. The man who I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. He resolved my issue by sending me a new test kit and he made certain that it was expedited! I was impressed that I didn’t get any run around. Second test results came back very quickly and I was impressed by the turnaround time. I’ve paid for the higher level because I am concerned about my health. This came with update results and insights into my DNA. My recent issue was not being able to generate the new data. I contacted them again and they, again, expedited my issue and in an hour I was able to get my new monthly report. Bonus? They even gave me two free monthly reports free! They didn’t have to go that far but they did. I rarely get service from companies like this. They’re amazing, helpful and kind. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have Genetic Testing. They can’t do genetic counseling but I will seek out one ASAP because I have concerns.
