I never write reviews but had to here! The products are amazing and worked as promised. I had a question about my monthly re orders and the company got right back.... very rare these days...

My experience with Sera Labs is less than stellar. From the beginning this order has been nothing but problems. The original order from the web site was misleading as I was charged for two products and not one as stated on the web site. A discount was offered vs. a refund which I declined. I have followed the refund procedures as requested and still no refund. The items were returned was returned 45 days ago and after two phone calls still no idea on the refund. I would not recommend Sera Labs whatsoever.

I placed an order on 1/6/23 at 10:22 pm. I checked the $60 option. I proceeded to check out. There was no "review order" option. It just completed the purchase. I received an email saying that the order was for $243.09. I immediately emailed them asking them to either correct the order or cancel it. The next morning they offered me a 10% discount. I declined and asked them to cancel the order. They offered me a 20% discount. I declined and asked them to cancel the order. They offered me a 35% discount. I declined and asked them to cancel the order. Then, I received a notification that the order had shipped. I emailed them again asking them why it shipped when I had asked them repeatedly to cancel the order. They said that once the order is made, they are not able to stop the shipment. I called, and they said that now that the order has shipped, they can no longer offer the discount. They also said that they can't reveal the location of their business, the names of the managers and that the managers were in a meeting (essentially, they will always be in a meeting). I highly recommend that you not purchase from this company.

I never write reviews but i had to on this one. This company is a scam. They don't show you an order total until after you've gone too far. FYI it will be $150 no matter how few of bottles you order. All I wanted was to try 1 bottle!!! And then even if you immediately contact them to cancel the order like I did, they won't cancel it. They will still ship it 3 days later and you have to pay shipping back and restocking fees. I sent 5 emails and talked to 2 people to cancel and all I got were offers for a discount to keep it and get a minor refund. What a complete joke! Playing on people desperate to find a remedy for tinnitus. Beware of anything from this place!!!!!

Total fraudsters. They added a product I didn’t order and were unwilling to remove it. Then they offered me 10% discount, but I did not want the product. That repeated with 30, then with 30%. Finally they told me that the product will be shipped and all I had to do is open the bottle, use one drop and then return it, which is totally contrary to their return policy. It stated on their website that they will not take back any opened products. This communication took forever as it takes them days to respond and they never once respond to the actual problem.
To make matters worse, I ordered a 5 months supply being 5 packs but they only send me 2 packs of the Gummies instead of 5. Customer Service explained to me that I ordered packages but they sent cans which had more gummies. Totally ridiculous as a month serving does not change by packaging.
Sera Labs is the master child for the worded customer service possible. Never again.

On November 1, 2022, I ordered CBD gummies and tincture from LA based Sera Labs. Two hours later, after reading their reviews, I cancelled my order. Four hours later, they sent an email saying they would offer a 10% discount to "save me the hassle of returning" the order. Days later they offered a 20% discount, then a 35% discount from the "higher ups."
Shady at best. The product arrived 8 days after I canceled from Lewiston Maine. They charged my credit card on Nov 1st. I am currently holding product awaiting instructions from my credit card company. I have also contacted BBB.

Ordered one container for $54 and was billed for five containers for $250. Canceled the order via email hours later and was sent a email asking if I wanted a 20% discount to keep the order and save me the hassle of returning it! Plus it still shipped. When it arrived it didn't have a return label. I sent another email to make sure they wouldn't try to charge me again and say I signed up for a monthly (I DID NOT). I've never regretted buying from a company this badly.

Since the pandemic hit, your service has went downhill!
I used to be on the auto-ship, for the gummies. Well, for the last four shipments I've had to call to ask where my shipment was. If a company wants you to use their product, why should a consumer be begging to use the product?!

Will take your money without a problem but not offer a refund even if you send unopened product back with RMA number. Would NEVER recommend this company, nothing short of being criminals.

I tried the gummies and they did nothing for me -- maybe other products are better but these did nothing.
They are very expensive.
And they charged $19.99 restocking charge on the shipment I did not even open.

I orginally ordered 6 packages of gummies for $154.74. They did nothing for me and didn't want to order more especially for price. I couldn't afford more. But without my knowledge Sera Labs set me up on recurring monthly orders. I called my bank and was told t hey couldn't help me because I furnished them my info On January 31, 2022 I was charged $154.18 for another 6 packs of gummies I Sera Labs and told them I didn't want more They sent me a text allowing me to cancel my subscription. I cancelled 0n 2/22/2022 at 4:45 pm, then to make sure, I cancelled again at 4:55 pm I received a message that read, "successfully cancelled subscription". Then again on March 1, 2022 I was charged again in the amount of $154.18. I called on Sunday March 6, 2022 was told they had already shipped and if I wanted to return the product, there would be a restocking fee in amount of $18.00. I asked to speak to a supervisor but told no supervisor there I called again Monday 7, 2022 and was told no supervisor available but maybe in 1-2 hours I could call back. This just like a magazine subscription SCAM! BUYERS BEWARE.

Awful products! Left an orange film on my face. Made me break out. They would not give me a refund and customer service was horribly rude. Don’t waste your money.

Number one this product is weak it really doesn't help unless you are completely free of THC and CBD if you've never tried it before in your life maybe it'll help you and their return policy stinks even though I paid for the shipping for it they shorted me $20.

I was excited to try these face products, but I broke out in little bumps all over my face. I wrote the company to mail back the products for a refund. NO reply!! This company is a scam. They Do NOT care about their clients at all.
Really sad that Nicole Kidman is the face of these products. She should have dug a little deeper and she would have figured out they were awful.

This company is a total scam and joke! I ordered the Melting strips to fall asleep within 10 minutes like they said I tried it for four nights in a row never worked! I tried to get my money back and the lady was very rude and acted like I needed to give it more time how much more time do you need to try to fall asleep using these things give me a break. I called and called I finally got a hold of somebody and said that they were going to credit my account after I returned the product in which I did I still have not seen any money returned into my account and it’s been almost 2 months! Don’t order from this company it’s a total scam!

Worst company ever… They’ve just stolen $105 from me. As per previous request, I sent the product back and was received on April 30. No sign of any refund. Even though they told me to return product for a full refund & a RMA was issued. About 15 phone call and at least 8 “escalations” and still nothing. Next step is to file a complaint with BBB.

I just went in to the website because I had ordered these before. It was easy to find gummie bears but the gummy’s are what I wanted and they were a little harder to find but you scroll down and there they are
