I cancelled my subscription but they charged my account and sent more product. I will see how this plays out. I have sent two emails regarding this situation. I am returning the product.

I like the gummies. I don’t like being put on auto reorder. I’d like to reorder when I’m ready. If you have confidence in your product you shouldn’t have to do that.

I was very displeased that your product sales subjected me to a continued monthly charge. I would have never agreed to a continuous monthly charge. I want you to cancel all future orders. The November 30 order which you tell me is my second monthly delivery will be returned to as your agent advised me to do when I receive it. I will be getting a RMA # from you to return that unopened order.

I was disappointed to discover that it was an auto ship scheme and cancelled as soon as I discovered it.

Nothing to say except that I was signed up for an ongoing purchase which I was not aware of doing

They don’t make it easy to cancel future orders. And they do it automatically without you knowing, unless your paying attention.
Bad business.

I feel very misled by this ad. I did not know that by purchasing an order signed you up for automatic refills. In fact, before I ordered I çalled to make sure this was not going to happen and I was told it was not that kind of set up. You order only when you want it. I DO NOT WANT ANYMORE!!!

WHEN I PURCHASED SERA LAB'S PRODUCT I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT I HAD OPTED TO RECEIVE AN AUTO REFILL, WHICH I TRIED TO CANCEL.
INSTEAD THEY SENT THE REFILL AND CHARGED ME FOR PRODUCT I DID NOT ORDER. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEARLY NOTED UP FRONT AS A CONDITION OF THE ORIGINAL SALE AND IT WAS NOT.

I AM RETURNING THIS ORDER AND WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYMORE FROM THEM....

Bottom line your product is much too expensive. The hype you use names two t.v. Doctors with big noise about getting people the help they need for a reasonable price. Your price, unreasonable.

Deceiving. Says 5 months of gummies and you receive 90. Hardly a five month supply.

You signed me up for 3 mo. when I only wanted to try it.
Later cleared up via phone calls

First ingredient Sugar. Second ingredient Dextrose. Your ad was for a months supply, but the recommended dosage is 2 PCs which equals 15 days. 7 grams of sugar!!! I have a hard time believing Dr Oz or Dr Phil were part of this development. Would NEVER recommend. There are much better products on the market.
VERY disappointed.

THE PRODUCT WAS GOOD BUT IT TAKES TOO LONG TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT FROM THE TIME THE ORDER WAS PLACED. THEY NEED TO TIGHTEN THE TIMELINE BETWEEN ORDERING AND RECEIVING THE ORDER.

No clear instructions about how Mach to take, when I called they would not clear up their directions. For my wife’s condition needing sleep, they kept saying 1 drop. I said do you mean dropper, they could not give clear a clear response. It was very disappointing.

Watch out how much they order for you, they charged me for more than tripled
the price. I tried it for a week but it did not do any thing for me.
