I’ve been using Seranova’s microneedling infusion kits for nine months. I receive a three month supply with each order. My fourth order is currently on its way. I do a treatment every two weeks. My skin tone is now smoother and my pores are very diminished. The deep line at the bridge of my nose between my eyebrows is diminishing and the lines on my chin are also diminishing. I’ve also recently noticed the sagging skin on my neck is tightening. I’ve had to reach out a couple of times to their support team to move my shipment up so I can remain on schedule and I’ve received very prompt communication from them. They have been able to help with my request each time. I would like to specifically recognize two support staffers, Scarlett and Nick, both who were very courteous about my requests to move my shipment up a bit so I could receive my order in time for my treatment schedule. They promptly got the order moved up and followed up with an email to let me know it was done. I appreciate their outstanding customer service as you don’t always get that with some companies. Overall, my experience has been very positive with Seranova, both with the product and the customer service. I highly recommend Seranova!

I can see the improvement in my skin after four months of usage. Usually every three weeks. It is subtle yet noticeable to me.

I haven’t tried the actual product yet because I previously brought Glov and almost finished. WithGlov I found I would spend around 30 minutes and my face was so sore and I had only used half bottle so I decied to just try Seranova bottle and it was fantastic . Softer on my skin and so much easier to apply. Illlet you know what I think of the actual product as I go along

If i could give a zero rating I would. I cancelled this subscription and the company continued to send me and charge my credit card. They told me to reject the package from USPS and write return to sender and put the package back it in the mail and when received they would refund my payment and cancel. I did as instructed and now they are rejecting my request for a refund. I have been going back and forth with their customer service team for months.

I've been using your product 3 weeks now and have actually seen improvement in my wrinkles on my cheeks and forehead no improvement though above my lips but I'm a smoker and that doesn't surprise me. I know it's going to take time, and I don't expect miracles. Your skincare process makes so much sense and I my face also looks more refreshed.

I am 61 years old and have some pretty deep wrinkles. Yay heredity! I did not expect the Seranova system to completely erase them, and the truth is they have not. What has happened though is that my skin has a beautiful glow to it, my wrinkles are softer and my overall complexion looks better. I feel like the product is doing as much as it can for me, although I’m not through with the first round yet, I am on bottle five. I’m looking forward to finishing this set and getting my next order to see what improvements happen in the next round!

Did initially think I would buy, went through PayPal but decided I needed to research more before purchasing. The website stated do not click back button or go off the page. I went off page so the order would not complete. Got an email saying ‘you have left something in your basket’ and asking if they could help me to complete my purchase. The next email was ‘thank you for your order’ next email was ‘order sent’. Of course seranova had somehow managed to take £119 from my bank account. My first email back to them was approx 5 mins after their first email saying I have left something in my basket with me asking why they had taken £119 (sitting as pending in my bank account) when they knew I did not complete the order. Was told the money would not be taken and would be released as the order did not go through. 2 days later Seranova took the money from my account. We are now on numerous emails back and forward with lots of wrong information and can only describe as lies about what needs to happen. I have today (2/6/26) received the package I did not order and am trying to return. I have been directed to their ‘return portal’ inputted my details and it states ‘not eligible for return’. Absolute shambles. Is the company that desperate to keep £119 that they make their mistake so hard for the non-customer to return. Beggars belief the lengths they are going to to make this so hard and give me back money I did not authorise to be taken from my bank

Paula was great to work with. And, even though I didn't get the results I was hoping for, she was kind and thoughtful. She was able to assist me with a refund quickly and painlessly, especially since I was within the guarantee window.
