I simply loved the product for the…
I simply loved the product for the convenience, so easy to use in a private setting, fabulous price, and customer service is outstanding. The downside is my skin is so very sensitive, that he last procedure caused a rash on my cheeks and on my laugh lines, as i call them.
I will try again, but not be so determined to go over and over the areas and just address the areas lightly. Say tuned!

I only wish i could give below 1 star!
I wish I could give lower than one star. My order has not arrived for a month, and the status has remained unchanged since 20 August. Customer service told me to wait until 15 September for a refund, which is unacceptable because tracking stopped on the 20th for three weeks. I do not understand why I must wait until 15 September. I will cancel all subscriptions and ensure they refund my money.

They made me pay for shipping $35 when…
They made me pay for shipping $35 when I never opened product. I tried several times to ask them to pay since I didn’t open and they said money back guarantee. They take advantage of you!
Why would they send three of everything too and the way it was packaged it was shoved into an envelope. If there was a return policy it was never mentioned and everything was about trying it free money back guarantee. To pay $35 for three of each item isn’t ok. I reached out multiple times for them to understand I didn’t even open the product. That isn’t good customer service. I shouldn’t have to pay $35 for not trying any product. Had I read that I never would have purchased and didn’t realize I was buying three of everything either. The way the ordering is set up it takes advantage of innocent customers who may want to try your product but not pay to ship it back- and when you haven’t tried it, not to take that into account. I didn’t try the product because I felt taken advantage of- I don’t need three of something to try it the first time. If you cared about your customers and the quality of your product you wouldn’t be so ridgid about returning unopened products. I was asked to send photos which I did. You were polite but unbending- and I assure you I didn’t realize I would pay $35 to return unopened products. That isn’t ok.
I also just read my offer email- pay 50 percent to keep the product. Again I never opened any of it and feel taken advantage of. Why would you not just send me a return label? It’s outrageous. I already paid and returned but wanted others to be aware that they will pay to return even unopened products which isn’t ok.

Good Instructions
Although a bit expensive, I received good instructions so I wouldn't waste this expensive serum. You did a good job anticipating questions and providing clear instructions on how to use. UI also liked that you have been upfront every step of the way that this takes time and I should not expect dramatic overnight changes. I missed a session in the middle so I have not finished the serum I have right now but I am pretty pleased.
