AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. A total con! I ordered a dress that was never delivered and then had a ridiculous saga of them pretending it had been delivered, sending fake receipts, fake signatures, the phone number on the order confirmation is fake etc etc . SO surprising as looks so legit but really isn't!

Dress ripped, customer service lacking

My dress ripped at the armpit. Firstly I am upset this happened after paying that much for it. I contacted back when it happened and fair enough this happened past their returns policy and I have worn it a handful of times, but they simply said to take it to a seamstress, they wouldn't offer a compensation for the cost of a seamstress either.
I took it to a seamstress and she said due to the location of the rip it would really need some extra material. I asked the company if they have even a 10x10 scrap of material. (For a 'small' company that gives the impression it makes its dresses uniquely and small batched i.e. not just bought in from a factory, it seems a little odd they wouldn't have even a small material scrap). But they said they could really help me out by offering me a really discounted top in that material, that I still have to pay £30 over the normal £50 :/ Safe to say I don't really want to pay £30 to get a small scrap (I wouldn't be able to wear said top, I would need to cut into it to get my scrap). I then explained that and asked if their supplier that they had a scrap they just stopped responding. What a waste of a dress :(

The dress itself fits very nicely, but the fact I paid more than the high street prices for a dress I would not expect it to rip like that. And with the disappointing solution from their CS I wouldn't buy again.

Appalling!

Appalling!! Requested to return two out of my 3 items - no response. Emailed again, no response. Sent the items back (Royal Mail Tracked) to the address anyway, and have proof of 'Hodges' (the owner) receiving the parcel. Asked for my refund repeatedly and never got a response. Steer clear - totally untrustworthy.
