I Love S&L, the quality is great and you can"t go wrong with any of there pieces! Not sure how many pieces I have ordered, but each one stands out in the room in which it was placed. I have told so many friends about it and everyone loves the items that they ordered.

so far you get what you pay for with S & L. Very high quality. When I need/want something extra special I order from S & L.

This is not the first time, I bought in this store and I like the quality and is elegant.

Serena & Lily is the place to go for clean, beautiful lines. They are especially great for beach and lake houses, in my opinion. While they are pricey, they do have good sales and there products are all great quality.

Serena & Lily is my all time favorite for home decorating! Furniture and decor is gorgeous and made to last. Their Customer Service is also top notch. I will continue doing business with them.

The wallpaper arrived on time and an expert hung the wallpaper perfectly. My sales rep calculated 2 rolls based on my measurement, but encouraged me to get an additional roll just in case. Good advise, we needed just a little of the 3rd role.

Between the discounted prices, and the $100 gift card that I received in the mail for purchases over $500, I was able to get exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price point. The merchandise is, as always, the best quality.

I recently ordered a chandelier from Serena & Lily and while the product quality itself is nice, the customer service and shipping experience left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the wrong chain was included with my order. When I reached out, I explained that my electrician was on a strict deadline and requested overnight shipping for the correct part. I was told the best they could do was two-day shipping even when I offered to pay for next day air shipping. Despite multiple assurances, the item was not shipped promptly—it was held for several days and then sent out on a Friday, meaning it will arrive the day after I specifically stated I needed it.
This delay has caused unnecessary frustration and expense, and what’s most disappointing is that no resolution or accommodation was offered for the repeated mistakes on their end. For a brand at this price point, I expected a far higher standard of professionalism and service. While their products may be beautiful, my experience has made me very hesitant to order from Serena & Lily again.

I was impressed by the quality of the merchandise, ease in obtaining the item, and marvelous look in my home! It looks wonderful in my home, thank you Serena and Lily!

I very much like all of the Serena and Lily products I purchased and I particularly do like the navy blue and white rattan chairs and the Brookings wall sconces.
