Same issues as the rest - ordered brown half zip - received some revolting pink fringy button shirt instead and customer support email is conveniently not working.

I believe that this company which is in China is fraud. Ordered a quarter zip brown sweater which cost 60$ and received a pink button down shirt made of cheap material which I wouldn’t wear on Halloween!!! I’ve read that others were also deceived with this purchase! Trying to contact for return but have heard nothing! Don’t buy anything from this company!

I bought a dress on sale for 59.95… came way too late for my party . Would have kept it for another time … but extremely poor quality and no returns only exchanges . Buyer beware

The clothes they send is not at all what is shown on pictures, awful quality, wrong size, no way to return and get your money back. Total scam.

Never buy from this company. They will not only send you a cheap piece of crap you did not order, but you will never be able to contact them. All your emails to their company will fail. There is no phone number. THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!!!

The product that was online verses what I received are different. The photo of the item had a hood but the item received did not. Also the quality is poor at best.

I ordered what I thought was a sweater and it was a cheap material .thin .like windbreaker. Not at all what pic shows. I asked to return it but they said only store credit even though says can ask for $ refund. I will never buy from them again! It’s a raquet. My friend also bout from them and very disappointed

I ordered a pair of pants from SerenaLosAngeles after viewing their website and mistakenly thinking it was an American company. The order was completed using the Shop App and as soon as I pressed Send I realized the last address I used was for a gift recipient and not mine. I immediately tried to contact SerenaLosAngeles to change the address only to learn that the email address was not operational and there was no phone number to call. There was a contact form which I wrote to and received no answer. The pants arrived at the wrong address which I was able to retrieve however, the item I ordered had nothing to do with the item that came which was actually laughable. I'm not going to struggle to return it because I expect no good result, therefore I decided to advise others that this company is disreputable.
