Good products but leaked in the post
Just received my products which I have ordered to prepare for a short hospital stay. The products smell lovely and the description is good if the product does what it says on the packet. The only reason I deducted a star was because the lid was off the hand gel and it had leaked all over the inside of the jiffy bag. I had to clean the product containers and obviously have not a full quota of had gel now. May I suggest reviewing your packaging procedures.

I am very sorry about the faulty lid. We do check all our packages before they go out to customers. Unfortunately some goods do get damaged in transit occasionally.
In the future, please call or email us directly if there is anything wrong with the package. We will be more than happy to send out a replacement.

After emailing Serenity Hygiene; regarding assistance to find a product suitable for my needs. The promptly responded with the ideal solution. Their products are vegan and cruelty free; which is the main reason I decided to try them out. They're also very reasonably priced and promptly dispatched. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

If I could give 6 stars I would - Superb customer service and really nice to deal with. Special thanks to Andrew for sorting the order out. Oh, and the products are very good as well, especially the hard surface cleaner. It does not leave a filmy greasy residue like some cleaners do and really works as a cleaner and sanitiser. Well done.
