Serenity Living Mastermind is a private mentorship program for investors and operators who want to acquire, own, and operate assisted living facilities — one of the most recession-resistant and underserved asset classes in residential real estate. The program is led by Brad Bunin, a real estate investor and capital allocator with an active assisted living portfolio through the Ascend Equity Fund , and Maria Moreschi, an experienced asset manager whose day-to-day work includes Medicaid compliance, operations oversight, staffing, and financial performance across real facilities. This is not a course. It is a hands-on mentorship experience built around live deal reviews, monthly one-on-one coaching sessions, and direct access to operators who are actively in the field. Members work through a structured six-month curriculum covering market analysis, deal sourcing, underwriting, acquisition, operations, Medicaid compliance, and long-term asset management — with real tools, real templates, and real conversations. Enrollment is application-only. Cohorts are intentionally small to protect the quality of the experience and the depth of the relationships. If you are serious about building a portfolio of assisted living facilities — and want mentors who are doing it alongside you — Serenity Living Mastermind was built for you. serenitylivingcoaching.com

100% worth the investment

I signed up because I am very passionate about helping older people and wanted to learn the process of buying ALFs. I chose this coaching program because they have a lot of experience with buying and running ALFs. I can happily say that this investment has been so worth it because I truly feel so much more knowledgeable. I also feel Brad and Maria really cares a lot about my growth and success. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this experience. I would not trade for anything in the world.
