I'd like to recommend SerenityServers to anyone who would like a host with both good support and stable servers.

I've been hosting from Serenity for a couple of years now and I've tried a few others hosts but always sticked to Serenity.

The support is great, you always get answer within 24 hours, at least to my experience and they always find a suitable solution.

I mainly host for Garry's Mod and they have everything, easier to acess configurations, map download, addon download, connect and much more.

The best game hosting you can find. Ideal for Garry's Mod game because its premium servers use a very powerful CPU and a very high clock. It also has quick support and a help page that can help you a lot with FastDL or with common problems you may have. Already arrived more than 5 months with several servers of games and web purchased without any problem.

If you're looking for some 'l33t h4x' server hosting you've come tot he wrong place, but Serenity Servers is good for easily setting up a server and then managing it.

Easy setup. Even if you can't afford a High end server, you still get the best stable service. I'm from South Africa and with High ping for me everything is smooth.

This company has honestly been the best one, I do not regret picking this one to host my servers. The support is quite fast and very helpful. Even if you have a question, you can look in the knowledgebase or if not in there you can ask and usually a response is not long after.

I rated 5 because, they have amazing support, and they can help with pretty much anything you need help with on your server/game panel

Absolutely amazing experience, best customer support from a hosting site I've experienced. I changed through 3 hosts before finding Serenity and have never looked back. Have recommended their service to many other friends and their pricing is tremendously cheap and amazing compared to other companies.

I had a problem with lua, i contacted support and within 10 mins i got a response each response was very fast and the instructions on how to fix it was very clear amazing customer service and the host is fast and reliable id definitely recommend!

I honestly never had any problems that made me want to go anywhere else, the performance is always great and the support was amazing, I was really annoying throughout but he always responded brilliantly.

Serenity is an awesome service that sell server for a correct price and also include an wweb console. fonctonal and easy to use servive and for the best, a full knowledge base that helped me to learn coding for my gmod server.

Personally I found SerenityServers one of the better Hosting company's as they helped us out finding a specific kind of server we needed. The contact I had with their support team was always within 24 hours, Indeed it took some time but when they responded they had read your message in an active way and the answers were really helping out, unlike other Hosting company's. I would say SerenityServers is my favorite from now on.

(Servers are stable as they use the newest hardware, also the Protection of Denial of Service attacks is great it worked for our community.)

Ordered a 10 slot server.
Went to go upgrade to 32 slot and bought a webserver.

Paid with paypal at the time of purchase. Transaction went through. Had the invoices and everything.

1 hour later still no upgrade to the gmod server and no webserver.

Made a ticket with the transaction ids and pics of the completed invoices. They said they didn't see the money on their end. 1 hour later finally got the webserver. Still no gmod upgrade though so I said screw it and paid the invoice from the notification in the cpanel and paid a second time for the gmod upgrade. Still no upgrade 30 minutes later. Just made another ticket and its been half an hour with no report yet. Now I've paid for 2 upgrades and nothing to show for it... I'm extremely angry, but I'm willing to work with them. The support just doesn't reply for hours. They have great servers, but their support just isn't up to par.
