This product is beautiful. It goes on smoothly (I use a makeup brush instead of the sponge it comes with) and blends like a dream. Looks like skin and not a coverup. It’s buildable and doesn’t cake into lines. I do need to use coverup if I have a blemish as it is sheer, but it doesn’t close pours and I love that it also has some built in sun protection. (I still use a block under it because I like to protect my skin from the sun and UV as much as possible)
It’s the only makeup I’ve found that does what I want plus treats my skin like skin care at the same time.

This CC cream covers like a true foundation but without all the hassle of having to use other products to have a quick make look, I am truly satisfied and I definitely making this a staple on my routine for quick easy days.

I ordered the Serentia foundation with the 2-for-1 promotion. I wasn't sure of the color, so I picked Buff and Warm Honey. Then the website said, how about one more at half price. Unfortunately, it populated Ivory and I didn't catch it. So, 3 colors arrived, I contacted customer service and they were very nice and helpful. They said no problem and we will ship you the color you want right away. I am fair skinned and have sun spots and usually choose a Buff Beige, but in this case Warm Honey was my best color. I used the applicator and at first didn't think it was covering, but I really like it now. It covers very finely, but doesn't fill my lines/wrinkles and make it look cakey. It is a light coverage that still hides imperfections. I tried using another applicator and even my fingers, and but it goes on much heaver. It all depends on what kind of coverage you are after. It seems to be a layering foundation, so you can add more if necessary. I like very light coverage, so I stuck with the sponge. I would recommend trying it because the customer service is very cooperative and helpful. I'm glad I gave it a try because now I have a new foundation that I really like!

I was excited to try this makeup. It does cover well but what I ordered was the wrong color for me. The shade was a lot lighter than what I expected. I was going to just return all 3 but the company offered to replace all 3 with another shade. I have a friend at work who has very pale skin. The company asked that share the product, that I have here, with a friend, instead of returning it. I think this light shade will look great on her.

I have to say how really outstanding customer service is. I haven't had a chance to wear the foundation out, because my replacement just arrived today.
I ordered fair which was too light. I contacted customer service re the exchange procedure & got a very prompt response assuring me they would send the color I needed & that I could keep the original to give to a friend, if I liked!! It was all very simple and pleasant. The replacement arrived today. I'm happy to say the color is perfect. This is the kind of company I like to patronize. 😊

I initially ordered the wrong color for the cc (presumably referring to a specific product or service), and after submitting my complaint, the resolution was efficient and quick. I hope I got the color right. 🫣

This company has the best customer service. No scams with subscriptions, everything is clear and no hidden costs. I had an issue with the color I ordered and they were so quick to respond and help me out with the right shade.

I ordered a certain shade in the exilir/cream and when it arrived it was the wrong shade.
I contacted customer services and without hesitation Kim kindly put the correct order which I received in a matter of a couple of weeks just in time for Christmas.
It’s the first time that I’ve used a product like this and I can truly say how pleased I am.
It goes on smoothly and absorbs into the skin and feels so light as if your not wearing any make-up and without leaving a cakey texture.
Would highly recommend for those looking for a make-up, ‘No Make-up’ look.

The folks at Serentia responded to my order concerns immediately and rectified! This is the first foundation I have owned that is light and airy but still provides coverage. Warm honey is my favorite and I use Ivory under my eyes. Flawless!

I love the product! Unfortunately, after waiting 3 weeks for the order to arrive, they sent the wrong shade! Within a few hours, customer service responded with a positive solution and they will ship the right shade, I might have to wait another 3 weeks to get it, but that’s ok! Oh and yes I was told to keep the wrong shade and share with a friend!

I absolutely love this product.
My skin feels so soft with a lovely glow. It does hide most of my wrinkles and I wish this product had been out 10 years
