Love the product and love the customer service. The cream gives an even n light finish to my face and it lasts through the day. I bought the ivory which is too fair for my skin and Kim was very responsive, not only to answer my query about the delayed delivery but also quick to order a replacement of the colour free of charge. Wonderful shopping exoerience

I am 68 years old. This looks and feels so nice on my skin and still looks the same at the end of the day. The shade that I ordered was just a little too light. Contacted customer service and they immediately responded and sent out the new color I asked for. I did not have to return the lighter shade. Was told to keep and share with someone else.
I highly recommend this product and customer service is great.

Has an easy website. Great information. My order was slightly delayed but Serentia kept me informed. Really good customer service. Looking forward to use my Elixer/Cream. Nice packaging also.

Great product and customer service

It doesn't cover like it shows in the videos it hardly covers at all I don't see much difference i dont have blemishes or anything out of the ordinary that needs much coverage but i still like a full coverage I was looking forward to the new set you sent me but it's no different than the first just not satisfied sorry i tried but no change not satisfied 🫤

This is my second order. I am impressed with the outstanding customer service I received. Even though the mistake with the color shade was on my end, they handled the situation with great flexibility and went above and beyond to offer a replacement without hesitation. I also accidentally forgot to apply my discount code during checkout, but the team was very understanding and promptly reimbursed the discount amount afterward. They handled everything professionally and with great communication.

Love it! It covers the brown and red areas on my skin and even makes my larger pores on my cheeks disappear! Shipping did take a long time but worth the wait.

I bought the creamer, but it did not match my skin, so I emailed the Serentia shop to request a different shade that would match my skin. I got a response back from the company fast, and they will send me the shade that I want. I can't believe they exchanged for me, no question asked, and I don't have to return the wrong shade I ordered. Thank you so much

I was skeptical about the product...was it a scam, was it a real company, did it actually work like the videos show? I read reviews and watched videos and decided to try it even though the sale seemed too good to be true. I wasn't sure what shade I would need so I ordered 2 different shades with the promo. I am so happy I did!

Shipping takes a while, but I love the product. I don't break out from it, I have combination skin and don't like "heavy" makeup but want coverage. This is buildable for the coverage you prefer and bendable. I use a brush instead of the sponge they send (the sponge is not great quality). It lasts all day.

I contacted customer service because the other shade I ordered was too light and they were fantastic! They replied right away and are sending me the color I need with no issues. I will be sharing this with everyone I know.

There is a light "rosey" scent to the product, but it's not offensive and it dissipates quickly. The texture is smooth and almost moisturizing. It doesn't settle into my fine lines as much as most products and is easy to refresh.

Highly Recommended!!! have tried A LOT of makeup and I say that I am above average when it comes to makeup usage and knowledge.

I really like the product….it’s light and makes my skin feel great. Shipping did take a long time, I reached out to the company and they immediately responded with a tracking link. When I finally received the product it was smashed. After opening it, only the application brush was broken. Again, I reached out and they asked me for pictures. I just received an email that they are replacing my entire order! Great company and customer service! Happy to share my thoughts!

I took advantage of their BOGO offer. However, I only received one of the makeup choices I made. I contacted customer service and all they needed was my order number and mailing address. They shipped the other part of my order right away. VERY good customer service. Thank you!
