They're just a scam they'll send you an item saves delivered you'll never receive it. You have to deal with some random shipping company and some random online merchant company you've never heard of. Don't even bother trying to get a refund to sell the bank it's a fraud and having reverse the charges.

Low quality even for the price. Have had two separate orders arrive in the post with dents or scratches on rings. Items I have kept have tarnished. They refuse to refund for damaged goods if bought in sale so recommend to avoid.

I have purchased lots over the years. Recently bought two earrings on 1st July. One has broken. Contacted customer support for a replacement they have tried telling me this order is over a year old!! Shocking. Waiting for resolution.
Update now serge denimes has finally replied months later. I wasn't sent a replacement. You sent out the wrong replacement which still hasn't been corrected and the overall experience has left me never wanting to shop with you as a company again as your customer services is awful and not worth the hassle of months of back and forth with no proper resolution

After buying a ring and waiting a week for it to be dispatched, received a curt email saying that they would not honour the purchase. The ring however is still showing as available online. Yet to receive a refund. Criminal outfit, do not use.

Jourdan at online customer service was brilliant. I had trouble liking the particular stone I got in a piece of jewellery, and they couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. Their email replies were quick and friendly, and went above and beyond to rectify an issue I had (me being a nuisance). They were able to help me exchange my item when I couldn’t figure it out, and they also ensured I would be pleased with the product by ensuring the jewellery was what I was looking for. 5/5 recommendation for customer service (and their jewellery is great too). I will be back for more based on that good experience alone.

Returned £300’s worth of items as none of the rings fitted.
Royal Mail tracked shows they have received the parcel, however, they have not processed the refund or responded to any emails.

Although the products seem okay so far, there is awful customer response time, as well as the fact that there is misleading information on the website regarding their returns policy on products.
Sizing measures are also way off, with no standard ring sizing - this lead to multiple ordering of rings to find the right size, only to discover I could not get a refund and only entitled to store credit.
I would avoid at all costs!

Communication so far not great. I returned a ring almost 2 weeks ago - this time last week I sent an email asking whether the return was received. I got an email saying it had been and the replacement would be sent last Wednesday. On Weds I asked if I’d get a tracking number or an update & it’s been radio silence since, I’ve reached out over email (absolutely fine with a wait, just want to know what’s happening!) but nobody’s responded.
Shame as product seems lovely! Just want to be kept in the loop.

Refused to give a refund on a sale item as they say it is clearly stated on the website, which is not very clear at all, very small print and it does not specify what sort of credit they offer.
If that wasn’t enough, on the return portal it does give you the option of choosing a refund for less money, even tho the item is on sale.
