to contact them you need to do it through the website and it shows an error after trying to send the message. A total scam

Do not buy anything here.

This website claims it sells organic t-shirts with high quality print. I ordered 4 t-shirts. It took 6 weeks to receive the t-shirts from Thailand. All 4 t-shirts are made from synthetic fabric and printed through sublimation - nothing in common with organic textile and high quality print. If I had any doubt it will turn out that way, I would never made an order.
I wrote them afterwards, just to make sure they're aware I'm not happy with my first experience with their shop - didn't bother to send an answer.

The product did not arrived and the way to contact them through the website is not available or shows an error after trying to send the message. A total prank.

Do not buy anything here.

Order goods three months ago, did not arrive. Tried to use web contact but repeated error messages as with facebook page. Scam without a doubt. Avoid!

I had given up on receiving the tshirt ordered, but after 4 months it has finally arrived. considering the product is bespoke, the pandemic, and that it was sent from Thailand to Italy ... 4 months seems reasonable. Good quality cotton, print exactly as seen on site.

I purchased a shirt in August and 3 months later we have not received it. I thought it was a French company, but it's in Thailand. When I try to communicate with them I get an error message. Scam! I learned the hard way to check legitimacy before I buy.

Don't buy in this website, it's a fraud.

Terrible company. It has been 5.5 months since I purchased 5 shirts- which have never arrived! Neither have I received a tracking number.... so did they even ship!!?? The customer service emails, regarding this issue, are terrible mostly automated and they are not addressing the issue or issuing a refund!!

I ordered a shirt from this website. I waited months for it and I never got it. No customer service, no response from my e-mails. Please stay away from this site and report, it is a scam.

An error occurs every time I email customer service.

I did not see these reviews before... I wish I did. My tshirt did arrive eventually -after a month. It was sent from Thailand which seems odd.
The quality is poor. And when I say pool I mean it. It has no tags (like compositions, care instructions) and it's such poor quality it's hard for me to say whether it's polyester, plastic or something else entirely.

I just can copy&paste what my predecessor said, because it's the same case like mine:

usually I check if a company is legitimate before I purchase anything from it but in this case I didn't and I now wish I had.

My goods didn't arrive despite them saying it was due to Covid 19. Do not buy anything from this site. Any review saying they are okay is probably fake also.

Same as everyone else. Took my money. Didn't reply to emails. No t-shirt. Avoid like Covid.

Do not buy from this website. Scam...they don’t follow up on emails sent to them and their website is terribly set up for customer service issues. I’ve been waiting for 2 months now and I’m ok with mail issues but they didn’t provide any tracking information and have not returned any emails that I have sent them. Avoid at all costs.

NEVER buy from these people!
I placed an order in February 2019 and despite numerous e-mails to them, I still have not received it - and we are in October! Nor have I had my money back.

So they have taken my money without delivering what I bought. Not a good deal for me.

It is incredible that nothing arrives!! Never had that before in my life. But yes from France it was to Thailand and via Germany it arrived at the address in four weeks without any costs. Better late than never. Maybe the complaints helped!

This is 100% scam.
